If this how a discount is provided "where if you don't ask for it your self, staff are not required to ask an obvious question regarding a discount, why bother to offer it". I accidentally drove to the OTHER Santa Ana location but was able to get to the right one, this one in Friday traffic right before closing. Like, ten minutes before closing. The associate who greeted me, whose name I didn't get, was polite, helpful and quick. He got my receipt printed, some coupons placed in my hand and a battery in my arm in short time and I was on my way back into the traffic to go home. While the battery ended up not being the issue with our Internet (boo) my experience here was great (yay) and I plan on brining a dead car battery to them if it doesn't charge up correctly in the future.
