I'm always trying to give small businesses a shot. Found this place by simple Google search. Thought I'd check it out, figured at very least there won't be rude crowds or lines. Little hard to find, it's tucked away in the corner but well worth the little extra effort. The two gentleman working we're very friendly and down-to-earth. I was able to get my old battery tested and replacement battery within 15 minutes luckily for me they happen to have a used one so mine was half price instead of 75 it was 35. Great place to get your car batteries! Rene is really helpful & honest. I went to a few different AutoZones to charge my AGM battery & they all said it was bad & told me I needed to buy a new one... Came to the Battery Place, they put it on a slow charge & I was able to use it for a couple more years! After that I bought a brand new AC Delco AGM battery for a decent price. Very impressed with the customer service. First, got a very good deal on golf cart batteries, new cables and installation. But what was truly impressive was the customer service Rene provided. He installed the batteries in my cart, for some reason the cart would not run after the installation of the new batteries and we could not figure it out. Rene said he would be back in the morning. The following day, a Saturday, Rene came back to my house with a golf cart mechanic who eventually found the problem and got the cart running. Rene did not charge me for this service. Sadly it is not often that a business puts customer service high on its priorities, such is not the case with Rene and The Battery Place.
