Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. We agreed to the estimate they emailed us and got on the schedule a few weeks out. On start day the tech came and looked at the building and said this is going to be 4 times more expensive. Made no sense why they changed the numbers and they wouldn't explain why their quote was so far off. I told the owner I would just allow them to do whatever the quote was for that he had given me. He said no and refused to honor his quote. This set our project back by months. For this reason I wouldn't recommend them at all.
