Then tell me I'll have to leave my garage door unsecured overnight as they won't be able to come until the next day. The excuse used by them was that they've had multiple people quit lately. I sure hope they don't treat their employees the way they left us hanging. I can't attest for their value, only my wasted time. Update: after leaving negative reviews I get a call from them saying they've suddenly have time for me today and I just don't feel comfortable getting a quote from them now. I appreciate the attempt, but you shouldn't have to leave negative feedback for them to care about customers.

Drew Daniel warmly greeted me and within minutes was busy performing a comprehensive safety check of both doors' operations. He had brought a replacement remote and began re-programming all four remotes. In a total of 30 minutes Drew had remedied my problem and had documented the problem by entering the fix into Precision's customer service database for future reference.
