I can walk right up to the cash register. The employees are not friendly at all. They used to be! What do I equate this to? They have brought in Bed Bath & Beyond junk. They have merged it into the store, throughout the entire store. Aisles are bare. This particular HL looks more like a Big Lot store. It is very disappointing to myself and my friends who also shop there. I asked the price of an item because it was not within my reach. On July 15,…read more2021 I placed online order # 330192387 and was told I could proceed to the store for pickup. I arrived at the curbside pickup location and followed the directions in the link sent to me. I received confirmation that the link worked and an associate would be out shortly with my order. After a 40 minute wait, I had to go inside, stand in a long line and pick up my order. On September 14, 2021I placed online order #335735211. Again I followed the directions and waited...and waited. After nearly 20 minutes I attempted to call the store. I was treated to no answer on multiple calls, just a voice machine that looped me back to where I started. I had to go inside, stand in line again. One of the cashiers had to call the person handling curbside pickup (Pamela) on the radio to tell her she was needed. Pamela walked to the front and asked the cashier what she needed. It was painfully obvious Pamela had no clue that I had alerted the store of my arrival at curbside or she just took her sweet time getting there. Thai seems to be an Anderson location issue as I have not had this issue at the Easley store.
