Fast forward 6 years and my diploma is still in its case I received at graduation. I was in town to see a friend, which is rare since I live nearly 9 hours away and wandered back into this shop I had visited so often during my years as a student. I was helped immediately and showed a variety of frames. When discussing out loud which attributes of each I liked, he then told me that anything could be customized. He walked me through a custom order for my diploma. When I was done with my order, they even let me sign the floor! Once back in Florida, I was able to mail my diploma to them and they even called with updates to make sure my order was perfect. I received my diploma in the mail a little under a month after I placed the order and it was perfect! The packaging was secure for my precious order and was easy to open. The glass casing was etched with my graduation year and it looked even better than I expected! I had world class service from start to finish from Clemson Variety and Frame! I purchased (online) 5 skeins of yarn, to be picked up at the local Joann's store. When I picked…read morethem up, the bag was knotted closed, I'm guessing so the skeins didnt't fall out. After I got home, I opened the bag and grabbed a skein, to start my project. Used that skein, then grabbed two more from the bag, when I needed them. The last two skeins were different colors than the first three, that I had already used. Took the two different ones back to the store to exchange them, but they didn't have the same color as the first three skeins. They really didn't seem to care that I got the wrong ones, or offer to find the ones that I needed from another store. Extremely frustrated, because I had over half of my project done and can't finish it. Also have to buy more yarn, so that I can start my project over again.
