What is the point of unlimited if it's not actually unlimited? I then went in store to cancel my membership because you can't do it online and clearly said I wanted to cancel my membership. I signed a form and thought I was good to go. I then checked my account to see that I was still going to be billed on the first of the next month. I called to see why my account wasn't cancelled and they said it was frozen, meaning I was still going to be billed every month (a smaller fee). They told me I would have to go back in store to cancel my account which is absurd since I already went in store to cancel it. Why I can't cancel my account online or over the phone is beyond me.

I told my stylist that I wanted my hair length to be as it was and she proceeded to cut it very short. I told her I wanted a style that would lift my face as I am 77 years old. The cut she did was terrible and pulls my face down. I will not be going back there again. When you tell your stylist exactly what you would like and then they do something completely different, is very very disturbing. Oh, and she kept saying not to worry your hair will grow back. Right now I do not want to go out in public with this hair the way that it is. I am very, very embarrassed and very, very upset.

Our massage treatments were great (my wife's was a maternity massage which she was very satisfied with) and we felt relaxed and not rushed at all. My mother in law didn't love hers as much as I did, but she enjoyed it overall (hers was a male masseuse), but our friend agreed her scrub was fantastic. If we are in the area again, I will be back for a massage! The only downside to this spa is it doesn't have your typical spa amenities, I wouldn't take off stars for it but it would be nice if it had a dipping pool, sauna room or something additional to set the mood. On property is the Canyon Kitchen, which was closed for an event but we really wanted to sit out back for an appetizer and enjoy the beautiful views from the property.
