due to Covid 19 they are limiting the amount of customers in at a time which makes for a very pleasurable shopping experience. I went on Sunday 10/25/2020, a little after 1pm. All I can say is this store make me loose my mind everytime I visit. No matter which location. And BOY!!!! when they have the three wick candle on sale. You can guarantEeeeeee! I will spend no less than $60. YES PEOPLE I HAVE A PROBLEM!!..... but it's okay. I just love Bath and Body. My only problem with the stores sales marketing. THEY NEVER PUT THE WILDFLOWER PLUGS IN'S ON SALE. I don't need the oil to go on sale. I need the plugs in. So if corporate or somebody that's important with the company. PLEASE MAKE THAT HAPPEN. This location is in Cumberland Mall on the lower level. Parking by the restaurants, you will need to take the escalator down and walk in the direction of Sears. Sean, Elli, and Alliyah were all very friendly and helpful. The two associates that were on the sales floor kept checking to see if I needed help, without being intrusive. Their store was clean and very organized. The White Barn Candle store is connected, which made the Bath & Body Works side only B&BW products. After I selected my products, I had to take them over to the candle side. This was a bit inconvenient, since I ( and none of the others in line) had baskets. The line moved slower than I would expect it to, but the cashier conversed with each customer, which made the wait no as bad. I had no problem using coupons. In fact, the cashier actually showed me how to maximize them! I will be coming back to this location. read more

I stopped in during the semi annual sale and this place was a mad house!!! Soooo many people everywhere. To be so crazy, the store was organized. The associate by the door was helpful--digging through bins to find us a particular lotion. The lines weren't too long but everyone in them had a good amount of stuff. The cashiers handled the lines well and everything followed fast. My cashier was friendly. Even though it was busy, he made small talk and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. read more

(Initally started this review on January 2012, will finish it September 2012) Visited this location over Christmas. BUSY BUSY BUSY. Overall staff was too busy ringing people up to really assist on the sale floor, plus I went into the store right at 10pm, which were their extended hours for the holiday. I think they were trying to close, but there were so many people in the store, it seemed like they were having problems closing. The staff that was on the floor was so busy with restocking the shelves, they would attempt to help, but would get lost back to the task they were assigned (restocking the shelves and putting hand baskets back, that they made you feel like they were thinking in their heads, hey...its 10pm...get out of here. Your usual bubble bath, body spray/wash type stuff, but some of their scents are legendary. They have great candles, and I also noticed they now carry tea-lights and of course they still have their Wallflowers, which are the things you plug into the wall until the fragrant liquid dissolves. Sept 2012. I've visited this location a few other times in the past 9 months. I will say that the staff from that Christmas visit up to now has improved, or maybe it just that I'm not part of the Christmas rush and it isn't ten minutes before closing so, there no mad panic to get people out the store. I've fallen very hard for their Sleep products, I especially like the pillow mist spray in lavender and vanilla. It clears my mind and doesn't make me feel like I've gone to sleep with perfume on my pillow. The Sleep shower gel is also a god-send, It relieves tension, and helps to cure the "Im never drinking this much again" syndrome right before diving into bed. I've been wanting to try the wallflower version of the sleep products, but you can only use their plug in device for those, and I have purchased more plug in units than anyone should be allowed and don't want to plunk down $9 for theirs since I know that will commit me to buying even more of the fragrances at $7 each and normally with my coupons I can get 4 glad or renuzits refills for that price, and sometimes 8 if I can get a 2 for $5 deal with my coupons. Will surely come back to this location again, as Cumberland just isn't a congested mall like Perimeter is becoming and Lenox already is and will always be. This store has recently been remodeled and has opened up with both Bath & Body Works and White Barn candle store connected together again after many years. The staff here are friendly and are always available with any questions you may have. Don't forget to sign up online or at the store for their coupons which you can use at the store or online. The only downside of using the coupons online is that you can only use one coupon at a time, while at the store you can combine coupons. I rather come to the store so I can smell all of their lovely new scents which they rotate seasonally. read more

I went here on labor day because it was time to purchase some fall scented plug ins! I love them. I know they are a controversy item but they bring a sense of fall to my home. Well the reason why I'm writing this review is due to the incredible staff. Wow just wow. This is customer service. They make EVERYONE feel special. They're incredibly helpful and have something that many people who work in customer service in the city of Atlanta are lacking in (ENERGY). The staff was great. My plug ins were great. I bought the vanilla/cinnamon plug ins. Yes to this location and please please never let the bitter betty's of Atlanta change your warmness. read more

I place a order on 12/7/20 an still have not received it.I call to check on it they advised me that it was been sent back to the seller.On my tracking info it stated that it was scheduled to be sent back .The label was created by the tracking company an because of that i was advised that he could not cancel the request,although my package is still in ga(where i live).They informed me to call bbw customer service. I call bbw an spoke with a agent who did not know how to handle the call an gave information that he thought i wanted to hear.He gave me misinformation .He stated that my package was at the wrong facility an would be to me by the 21st!!!!This was so ridiculous that i ask to speak with a supervisor an guess what he do either transfer me to a friend to answer or place me on hold an re pick up the call.I ask the second person was they management he stated no. I could hear him laughing..I NEVER EXPERIENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS NATURE. Next he transfer me to a manager in the credit card unit for victoria secret;who could not help me. Finally i was transferred back to the MAIN LINE TO START ALL OVER. I Also reach out toa rep name kaylee online.She was no assistance an did not provided any solution but to refund my order .O an advised me now by the way one of my items is out of stock an i can replace it.As i was getting ready to advised her of the replacement fragrance she disconnect the chat .SMH I find it quite appalling that no one could assist me with this issue. read more
