I called the Lush in Beachwood and a young man answered. He said hold on and came back on the line and said, we have a couple. He asked me if I wanted him to hold one, I said I don't know yet. I convinced my husband to drive 40 minutes to get this bar. On my way I called and the same person responded. He told me he found some more to be safe they'll be there for me. As soon as I got there this nice young lady walked me over to what I needed. She spoke to me about the After Magnesium Bar. At that time a young man walked up to us, I quickly recognized his voice. I told him I was the person who called, he said I knew you would come in. We spoke about other bars to help sleep. After he helped my husband with shampoo, conditioner, lip balm etc. His name is KJ and he was one of the nicest, knowledgeable, customer service oriented people I've met. A thousand percent I recommend this store! The products; The Wiccy Magic Muscles feels great so far. It's one of those things that you don't know how much it helped until you don't use it. The After Magnesium good for after workout, the young girl says it has been good for backache. I'm using for pain as well. The Cherry Gum lip balm you can feel the true ingredients that last. Doesn't have that waxy feel of an inexpensive lip balm. Shampoo and Conditioner - So far so good. KJ and Team - Thank you for all you do to help your customers. I needed a couple items and remembered they were open due to a social media post I saw a long time ago. I was greeted immediately and they were playing some 90s and 2000s RnB. I was presently surprised by how big and clean the store was. It was a little overwhelming at first as there are so many aisles. I decided to wander around and see what I could see. This location has a salon in the back. There was so many items to choose from and I noticed prices were clearly marked. The young man who checked me out was very kind and congenial. He asked if I was part of their loyalty program and I told him it was my first time. He gave a big smile and said welcome in. Did you find everything you needed and also how did you hear about us?
