I selected a few delicate butterfly magnets and asked the young lady behind the counter if she had a basket or something. She replied no. So I asked if I could leave them on the counter and she said yes and seemed to perk up a little. It was a little slow, and the end of the day, but we didn't find much in the way of customer service here. Anyway, we walked thru the store, lots of nice mugs to choose from and so much variety of clothes, gifts & water stuff. There was a section with lotions, then candy in the back. Nice shop. My butterflies were a good price at $2 each. Loved it, since they're a gift for one of my employees and I have a few to buy for.

She provided us with paper towels and a box to put the paper towels in and re assured us that it's okay and that accidents happen. Many employees at other places would take this as an opportunity to be rude, but not this one. Whoever she was, she needs a raise! Unfortunately a lot smaller than my previous hometown store in Aventura. Nevertheless it has what we need and gets the job done. Our first visit we were able to get an entrance way table for our new home. The many visits that followed we got Nautica bowls in two sizes a small and a large. I loved them so much I came back for additional sets of four. As you know you gotta buy it when you see it or it will be gone. Was able to get coffee mugs again first got two than came back for another two matching as UPS broke all of ours in shipping. Next visits got a small marble table with gold legs for under $20 and a Brookstone mat shaped like a cat on clearance for our cats bowls. This store may be small but it has been invaluable in making our new house a home. The staff here are very nice and helpful at check out.

It is great to be able to get samples and see products I have been wanting. Yes, this is Sephora. You can ask for a sample of certain products before you buy. This is one of the services I enjoy about Sephora. Because I want to try out a product before I buy it to know if I like it or if the color, shade etc is right for me. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. There is generally someone not too far from you at all times if you have a question. But honestly every time I have been in I always been asked if I need help. The Sephora app is excellent too! I highly recommend it if you have not downloaded it.
