This visit, I discovered that they carried Divine Purity Incense and ventured to try Cocoa Amber. The Divine Purity brand lip balm has always been a favorite of mine so I knew the scent of the incense would most likely be top quality as well. The scent of the incense was perfect from start to finish. I liked the incense so much that I went back and bought several more scents to try. I answered it honestly because I assume that is what they're looking for. When I fill out a survey, I do not expect an employee or manager to text my personal phone immediately after. When I called today the Belk employee who answered kindly explained that MAC is trying to hire people back and until they do so they are not accepting the empty containers. The first was a salon appointment, scheduled for a trim and deep condition treatment. I utilized the description of the services to book online since I was new to the area and did not have a permanent salon yet. When I walked in, checked in, and took my seat to wait, I heard the assigned stylist talk terribly about the appointment I selected to her coworkers. I have no doubt other customers could hear it. When she pulled me for my appointment, she informed I scheduled the wrong type of appointment and told me I did not want that treatment then decided which new treatment I wanted. She decided for me what I wanted done to my hair. During the treatment and my trim, I attempted to make small talk, but was given one word answers or ignored. My second appointment was a last minute eyebrow appointment since my new salon was closed. I was seen promptly, but walked away with my eyebrows looking far from sisters or twins. Luckily, I wear glasses that covers the total difference in them, but I cannot even freehand the uneven section on one eyebrow because it is so bad. I will say, the male that works in the Clinique section is super kind and helpful. That might be the only good thing about this store.
