10.13.24 Went to BBW to use my rewards before they expired. I was surprised they already had some fall items on sale for 60% off. The pumpkin bonfire smelled good and for 60% off I will try it. The room spray "leaves" smell incredible. Last year they had pumpkin spice & patchouli and this was my all time favorite. I would always recommend bbw! Today 11/11 I went in and Cecelia helped me and was amazing at helping me return my defective candle. Yes it was over half way used but the wick was so close to the glass it burned through and burned my decorative outside paper off. No biggie things happen but could have been a hazard. CC was so understanding and helpful. Bernard actually did my transaction and was amazing! His and Cecelia's customer service was great. He asked a girl named Taylor for help. She wore glasses. I am pretty sure that was her name. Well her customer service wasn't the greatest not towards her New coworker Bernard nor her customer Me! She acted annoyed before he even asked for her help. As soon as she walked over and looked at my defective candle she immediately was in a no spirit. Saying since it was used and defective she didn't think it could be returned. First thing in my experience in customer service before giving an opinionated no. ASK A MANAGER. Don't start off with a derogatory comment. I have worked here years ago and never experienced this. The return policy is always great. I don't abuse it at all. But when an item that is $26 regardless if on sale or not and I can't burn it until the end it's getting returned. Which is why I love bbw's return policy. Bbw honor their items. Bernard was very uncomfortable with Taylor's attitude. I didn't like seeing that nor how quick her response was to me where she didn't THINK my item was returnable. No empathy as to wow this could have been bad how it burned the plastic off. My mother and I came here after birthday lunch for the candle sale. Not only were the staff members incredibly helpful and welcoming, but they also had the answers to all of our questions and went above and beyond in coming up with suggestions for several products my mom wanted. I love love love my Bath & Body Works in the Post Oak Mall! It is easy to spend an easy relaxing hour picking out shower gels, selecting 3 wick candles, stocking up on hand sanitizer & just losing myself in the luscious scents of all of the products. It's awesome that I receive emails & brochures about their specials. A great place to make up a basket of goodies for someone. If you buy a candle & only burn it a time or two you CAN exchange it! Their employees always go out of their way to be helpful even though they probably answer the same questions every few minutes. I find it very convenient that there are signs posted to announce the current sales, plus the shelves are always fully stocked & the store is very clean ! I love this place. Every time I go in there, I enjoy browsing through the new seasonal fragrances. read more

The products are always fully stocked and someone is always annoyingly ready to help you. I like to be left alone to shop, but if you prefer assistance, they do not fall short! I came into this B&BW on a busy Sunday night (weekend of Black Friday) and was only looking for a candle for my home. Tons of other shoppers around, most making higher $$ purchases than me, but two employees made a huge effort to help me find the right candle. One in particular, think his name was Jerry, dropped everything he was doing to make suggestions based on the scents I already prefer. I know it's quite normal for this store's staff to be helpful. However, I was beyond impressed with Jerry's customer service commitment, especially considering I was just there to buy one candle. He went out of his way to make sure I left 100% informed and satisfied. Got home and the candle was literally word for word how he described. I've always had positive experiences at this store, but these employees totally took it up a notch. read more
