She has several customer's AND a demo to do and she handled it so well. I can pretty much browse and pick out what I need without help. However, there was girl there who had never tried MAC before....ugh! *They are always SO DUMB AND NEEDY. * But, the MUA gave everyone equal attention given the circumstances. But, the girl getting the demo was getting peeved. lol The customer service at the MAC Counter here in Panama city is the absolute WORST IN DEPARTMENT STORE HISTORY, (please see my previous review) I have to drive an hour out of my way to go to this counter. Before that boxing ring they call a MAC Counter opened at Pier Park opened, I had to come here all the time but I didnt mind. I always get great service here and I love that about them!!! This review has been a long time and coming. I don't know when this was -maybe a year ago; I was…read morestanding in line to check out my goods when I noticed what looked like the manager talking down to a rather young employee, and she was not being very nice. The way I saw it, this manager did NOT care about what we customers were thinking. I don't remember the issue very well . . . The younger employee wouldn't put up with being mistreated, so she refused to do what the manager said. Then I saw the manager put her hands on the other employee, and that's when I and a lot of other customers left. I don't know what happened to that young employee, but assume it can't be good, because it looks like that manager has a good degree of control in that place. I will not be back, and likely many other customers won't, either. :(

They each picked a new toy (yup, we spent over $100. on that little bit of spoiling!), when we were paying the person checking out our order asked us if we would like to buy a plastic Disney bag to put our purchases in? I said no thank you that I would take a regular bag. I was informed that "sorry, Disney is being 'green' and doesn't do plastic". Really? You were ready to sell me a plastic bag. So I asked if they had paper ones? Nope. They only have plastic ones to buy. So, we had to carry our purchases around the outlet mall...until we went to the Nike store. Nike store graciously offered us a shopping bag to carry our purchases. I personally can't stand when companies claim to be 'green', but it's all a show.
