No explanation was given for why they were doing this. Being followed outside by an employee and having photos taken of my vehicle felt intimidating and unnecessary. I had already left the store and the interaction inside had ended. Customers should not feel like they are being monitored or followed when leaving a business. This kind of behavior is very concerning from a customer service and safety standpoint. I have filed a formal complaint and hope management addresses this situation so other customers do not experience the same thing. I have filed a BBB COMPLAINT

As I walked in the sweet gal at the register greeted me and asked what I was looking for, I told her but I was already heading for the direction and she agreed. She tailed behind and I let her know I knew the brand and color I wanted, I just needed to figure out the shade. She completely derailed me from my brand to an alternative and raved about it being popular, beautiful color, great, etc. it was similar in price so why not. She grabbed double the boxes needed for my hair. Then she tried to encourage me to buy the pricey developer over the one I normally buy. Like goodness lady. I get that you're doing your job by bringing in money for your business but I have been doing this for years before I took an extended hiatus. You are leaving a bad taste in my mouth and the trusted brand that Sally's was to me is becoming tainted. The worst part is she failed to mention that she knew X was my brand..... she knew the price of it.... $6.59 and it would have taken me no more than 2 boxes. For something I came into the store for. 2.4 oz of product... You sold me 4 boxes of 1.2 oz of a product for $7 a piece. A young lady with short brown hair, she has it up and wears glasses. Every time I come into the store she's always talking to a coworker. When I was checking out once and another young lady with long hair was helping me , the other girl was just hovering around her and kept trying to talk to her as she was helping me.
