They made ordering things super easy for my family at Christmas when they were ordering things. I recieved 2 super cute sweaters for Christmas along with an overwhelming amount on 2 separate gift cards. The gift cards is what brought me to the Woodland Mall location. I knew I was getting gift cards here so I originally planned to buy the hufflepuff sweatshirt but my grandma bought it for me early since it was on sale on Black Friday. So I came in with my only idea being shoes or having my husband help me put together an outfit. They didnt have the shoes I wanted in my size so we scoured the clearance rack. We settled on a pair of jeans, a long sleeve white and black striped shirt, and a gray button up sweater. We also ended up getting a jean jacket because I'd been looking for one for a long time. It wasn't my exact size but I like my things baggy so I got it anyway. I had $130 on my gift cards and spent about $100 so I'll have to stop back by and get something else. Thanks so much Torrid for being a part of my holidays. You guys made it better. The highlight of my Christmas was getting my hufflepuff sweater from my Grandma. You have plenty of time and material to mix scents and try so many different options. After your scents are created, you can have them made into ANY of their products from hand soap and shower gel to bath bubbles and perfume. They have so many different products from $18-70 and you pay for the product you want. They will make your products on the spot and you take them home. Experience: we made a reservation and had our 5 month one with us in a car seat/stroller. The inside is warm and inviting yet bright and airy. Our baby was able to stay in her carseat on the chair with us the whole time however it's not really a "baby" space so know your baby prior to taking them. They do allow walk ins (I recommend making a reservation) and another couple joined us as walk ins. Cassidy was our experience guide and she was fantastic! She explained all of the steps and was there for any questions however allowed us to do our own thing. It was so fun to mix up different scents and see what stood out and what you thought you would like but didn't. We ordered 3 products and after Cassidy made each one, she had us smell to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Tips: -Make sure you have your phone for the experience. You will log your scents and create your product mixes through the QR code. -The length of the experience is based on you. We decided to do 2 scents each and then decided on products. Our appt was at 11:15a and we left at 12:05p however, the couple that walked in and joined us, made 1 scent with 1 product and was gone prior to us. -All of their products are refillable with a 20% off discount. You can refill them with the scent you had or make a completely new one! Just bring in your used container and go from there. We absolutely loved our experience and will be back! They just opened a location downtown Detroit and we have already told several of our family members to make reservations!
