At your first appointment they take your picture, along with pictures of your teeth, with a small digital camera and enter all of your information into their computer system while you're right there in the dental chair. When you're finished with your appointment they schedule your next one while your sitting right there and then when you leave a printed out reminder card is waiting for you at the front desk. Every hygienist I've had here has been excellent and Dr. Tysse is laid back and funny, but very thorough in his exam. After seeing Dr. Tysse for a year or so I had a tooth that needed a root canal and crown. I just had my appointment to have the crown done and was pleased that they have a machine in the office that makes the crown right there in a matter of minutes--my understanding is that at the majority of offices you have to make 2 appointments when having a crown done--one a week after the first, so that they can have the crown sent out and made. My appointment w/ Dr. Tysse took 3 hours, but I left with my perfect new crown and didn't have to come back a week later.
