The only thing is, after I told the sales associate my budget--(I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding)--that I wanted to keep it around a $100 or less.. I was treated differently after that. Like I was trash basically. I expected the store to be a bit pricey just from the name alone, but ALL the dresses STARTED around $200.

He did a great job packaging up the loose herbs I needed and helping me find ingredients around the store, so it's hard to say anything negative...but I really got bad vibes. He made me a bit uncomfortable standing a bit too close, even going so far as to touch my arm at one point...I was trying to be conversational and nice, but his energy felt off. Again, absolutely love the store, and the first time I went in, I had an amazing woman help me out and it made me want to come back a week later. I'd just be wary.

And I don't think I ever heard her say she loved a tea. We bought a bag. Plus, I LOVE how you can bring in your own container to fill and weigh. Going green is always a plus with me! They have a ton of other great things to explore in the store. If you're into oils, they even have oils and a DIY station. The quality of the product is just so much better, and you get more wear out of your clothing. The staff in the store is super friendly, and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my visit, even pulling things out of the back room that weren't on the floor yet for me to buy. They went above and beyond to make my experience amazing, and it really showed.

I was in the market for a small, over the shoulder purse (my sisters were in town and I was loving their little purses (and I had been saying for months that I needed one), so we all decided to hit up the mall and see what we could find. Francesca's was an easy choice because I already knew they sold a wide variety of purses. Of course I found the perfect one, it has a gold chain strap, and it's a lovely off-white color that will literally go with everything. And what's better than finding what you love, and then having it on sale?! Yup, purses were 40% off! I was in heaven. My sisters were also loving going through the absolutely astounding amount of jewelry (they have tons of every kind of jewelry item you can think of, besides belly/body piercing items). There was only one employee on duty, but that did nothing to the experience: she was quick and efficient helping multiple customers find what they were looking for and then rounding up to the front and speedily checking everyone out. Clean, organized, lots and lots and lots of items in a rather small store (but again, it does not detract in any way from the overall experience). Also, not offering more private disposal of products that I have had issues with more than once there was irritating. Having to bring that up twice for an alternative option to get rid of said products shows a lack of keeping track of customer concerns and insight on privacy. I will be going elsewhere if I even decide to try this again. I recommend going to a different location for a more organized and responsive staff.
