My info was used today while someone payed $1 yall need to start asking for id. When I called to tell employees they said not to worry about it. Now I am calling corporate because yall let someone use my identity.

Every time I come here and ask a question I'm told they don't have it, only to go and find it on the shelf. Every time I find something I do like and run out, they never have it again in life when I return lol. Like... where is the Bali Coconut Black Sands??? They had a buy three get two free special though, so I had to take advantage. Wasn't 100% satisfied with the new scent I got but it will do for now.

Located in Galleria 2 on the 3rd floor, this Bath and Body Works is all about soaps, lotions, and girly stuff. This place is definitely visual stimulation overload. There are so many little bottles to look at that I ended up not looking at many of them at all. I came in for foaming soap. Yes, I'm addicted to foaming soap. It's not that I am lazy and don't want to lather up regular soap, I just love the foam. Don't judge. I was able to get some bottles of 1/2 price foaming soap ($2.50 after discount) and 6 of the regular ones for $20 ($3.33 each). It's an only an ok deal for the soap, but there is quite a variety of soaps. I have found that the bottles are not made that well and don't depress that well over time. Pleasant service and decent sales will keep me coming back for more soaps, but I'll bring blinders next time so I don't feel overwhelmed by all the colors and shapes.

So, first let me say that I may be a little biased because I worked here for a year. But, I am also a loyal customer and though they may be a bit overpriced ($10.50 for lotion/shower gel), they do give you A LOT of discounts. We had new specials every week. The best well-known is the "Buy 3 get 2 free or buy 2 get 1 one free." This applies to Signature Collection only! And yes, you have to pay for the more expensive items and you get the cheaper ones free. When I worked there I had so many people argue with me about that. Also, if you sign up for the email list, you get coupons every week for things like $10 off $30 or 20% of your entire purchase. The coupons and specials we gave our customers were actually better than my employee discount. Keeping the store looking nice was an avid goal of ours and it irritated us as to why people would pick something up and then lay it down somewhere else only for us to pick up after you and go searching for items people have hidden. It makes our job so much easier if you give us the item you don't want instead of putting it anywhere. Trust me, we won't get mad at you, we'll probably applaud you. Also, we used to spent every Sunday night doing "Floor Sets" where we re-arrange the entire store and change marketing signs and window sets. During Christmas season, this can take 12+ hours. Now, I don't know how the management is now, but when I worked there I could have not have asked for a better managerial staff. They were reasonable and accommodated customer needs. If there was ever a problem, they usually had an answer. I find the same in other stores I visit as well. When you walk into the door, you can almost guarantee someone is going to acknowledge you, say hello and ask if there is anything they can help you find. We know it can be overwhelming when walking into a plethora of colors of smells. That's what we're here for though is to help. :) P.S. They do free gift wrapping! Just ask!

The 11am class I took was pretty empty which felt like I rented out the space :) There's great tunes to accompany your experience. The instructor we had was awesome and super knowledgeable about candles (and candle safety) and you can tell she had a passion for making them! You get to smell 30+ scents and choose 2 that you would like to pair for your desired scent. I went with the grapefruit mint and Oud which turned out so sophisticated. The entire class is about an hour and 30 minutes. I definitely would have enjoyed adding another scent, that is something they should consider allowing in the class. The business is woman owned which is awesome. A few things to know: you can pick your candle up 2 hours after the class (thus is noted on the website) because it needs to cure properly and they will add your labeling and finishing touches (dried flowers you chose) I paid $68 for each 12oz luxury custom candle that I made, named and crafted. It was worth every penny!

As a "student" you get to melt down your wax, smell/ pick your scents, mix scents, pour wax, mix the candle, add your wick, and label your candle. The process is really fast. The longest part is waiting for your candle to cool down/ dry. We were given an estimate between 3.5-4 hours. So plan your day around the area or come in the following day for pick up. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend this to anyone who is interested. Perfect for solo date, girls night, date night, etc.

Parking: They have a massive parking lot around the main building, as well as parking around the other buildings as well (since the shop covers several buildings and a pretty big area). They also have valet. Selection: Being such a large store, there's a ton of selection. You can spend HOURS shopping here. I rarely make it past the main building since the other parts have mostly furniture, linens, dishware, and such, but one day I do plan to explore all of them! The selection in the main building includes menswear, womenswear, kids, travel, stationary, games, makeup, kitchen appliances, books, pets, and holiday items. When you first enter, the displays there revolve depending on the season. Though a huge selection is great for finding a lot of things, it can also be overwhelming. I also find that they sometimes only have one of an item I'm buying or run out of items. Prices: The prices here are high, but what you would expect for the brands they carry. Service: The service can be hit-or-miss. In my experience you are rarely greeted or checked in on while shopping, which isn't a bad thing (as someone who likes to be left alone while contemplating my purchases I'm all for this!). However it does become an issue when you need help with something. There are also small service related moments that, while not horrible, can be frustrating. Most noteworthy is when you're trying to check out, the lines are more of a mob of people since the way to line up isn't clear (especially at the main central checkout). So you may get skipped or cut and the cashiers don't really handle this. Another issue for me recently was that I opted to get some Christmas gifts gift wrapped in store when the cashier let me know that was an option. Several things went wrong when I tried to pick them up though - First there was again no clear line and I accidentally skipped a lady that was waiting for a while. Then they could not find my items - a quick stop in to pick them up turned quite long because of this. Finally, they were wrapped (though quite well) in plain paper and Kuhl-Linscomb branding. While the branding was fine, the reason I opted for this option was for holiday paper (they were toys for a 2 year old for Christmas). This should have been made clear at the start, because I didn't have time to re-wrap them afterwards. Ultimately it wasn't a big deal, but frustrating to lose so much time to something that I won't be choosing to do again. Overall though I definitely recommend coming here and shopping around!

The store clerk took great care to show the value. The gentleman running the shop was a pleasure. I truly enjoyed the experience. Even gave a chocolate Hersheys kiss in a small bag along with the stores business card. This is customer service at its finest. I would want my operation running as nicely as this beautiful shop. Truly unique items with a variety of sections. Great for gifts.....and splurging on some self items. I saved the receipt purposely to write a review.
