I've been coming here for years, and today was the first time I encountered a rude employee. Miriam, who was at the cashier counter, was extremely rude. When I approached her for a price check, she didn't greet me. Instead, she raised an eyebrow as if to say, "What do you want?" It felt like I was bothering her. She interrupted me while I was asking for the price check, stating that the prices online are different from those in the store. I asked her again to just do the price check so I could be on my way. Turned out that the product was in fact on sale even though it wasn't in the 75% off bin. As much as she thought her behavior would run me out of there it didn't work. I continued to shop with my kids. But she definitely could make people feel unwanted there which could negatively impact sales. read more

This location is always organized and the women are always wonderful and welcoming there. If you get a new person they may not know all the products, but you could always go to someone who's been there longer and they will definitely give you an answer. You can no longer exchange items like you used to. Look into it. Their policies have changed, I don't blame them, I'm sure they were losing too much money. read more

Disappointed. I have several wall flowers that no longer work. They are leaking and/or not dispersing fragrance. I've had great customer service in the past with no questions for exchange or store credit. This time, they said they could not help. I love that their website says 100% satisfaction, but apparently not. If a customer comes into your store with a return or exchange, it's embarrassing to be told they cannot help. I feel like they are losing their customer service and charm. I do not want to walk into the store again. read more

The stars are going down for Bath and Body Works! This is really for an online purchase from 11.28.2020. I ordered 13 bottles of foam soap. (Some were suppose to be a Christmas gift) When they were delivered 2 bottles (whipped expresso) were not tight so they leaked everywhere. Not knowing anything was leaking I just sat the box on my desk and was planning on opening the next day. Sitting at my desk I started to smell coffee. My little voice told me to open the box. I pick it up and there was a puddle of soap all over my desk and dripping onto the floor! I immediately cleaned this nightmare up and called customer service. The gentlemen said we would send my out replacements. I have waited and waited and have not received them. I called customer service again and the lady said no replacement were sent. And NOW those whipped expresso soaps are gone. Also she told me I had to pay for shipping since I was ordering different items than my original order. W H A T!!!!!!!!! If the guy would have done his job they would not be out of stock! Now talking to a supervisor she stated the same thing. I had to pay for shipping but then she would credit it right back to me. Is this not the stupidest thing you have every heard of. To recap- I am out 2 soaps, had to call 3 times, paid for shipping TWICE and credited one back. A N D I still have NOT received my new order 46 days from the original order. I LOVE BBW; BUT I am really rethinking making any future purchases with in store. I went in to get candles and was told that all of their candles have new packaging. They had none of the candles on sale. Lie. That's fine. I ordered online and got what I wanted. As a former 7 year employee for bath and body works, I have to say that this store looked great. Visually and cleanliness looked good. The ladies there didn't all flock to me at once and bother me. They checked on me every now and then, but they let me shop in peace. They let me know the deal of the day which was the $8.00 single wick candles and where to find the soaps. I had a coupon for 20% off my entire purchase so I purchase mostly hand soaps and took advantage of the scent portable refills which were 3 for $9. Total spent was about $36.00. Not bad. I will be shopping here more often. TIP: If you need to update your information they can do that for you. Just ask to do the customer signup. It will refresh your old information like your address (for coupons in the mail) and your email (for the deal of the day and new scents). read more

I was so disappointed today! BBW sent me a reward for a free item . I signed up for the program only to find out it was false advertising! The reward they sent was not offered in Texas ; however, they sent it to a TEXAS resident! I was so angry I put everything back and will not return to purchase anything else. Buyer beware of false advertisement and don't get suckered into a rewards program that is a hoax! read more

Horrible customer service! Went in for an exchange, and they didn't accept it because I didn't have a receipt (nothing opened and still in bag). I got the items as a gift and was going to spend more money on the things I wanted. I've worked retail.. I know it's doable to do an exchange (or return) fit different items without a receipt. read more

It's a retail store and despite being in a very busy location the ladies in here have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. The holidays are busy and although folks should exercise patience, sometimes they don't. I'm just glad that I've been fortunate to receive help for gifts when I need it. read more

Absolutely Horrible!! I've been a faithful customer of Bath & Body Works since 2005. I decided to stop here as a last minute attempt to purchase a gift. As soon I stepped into the store I was greeted with un-welcoming faces by a group of young girls, one of them whose name is Lizzy and two other unknown portly, ungracious, blonde frumpy-vultures, whose names I don't know because they never greeted me. They never offered any help but instead avoided me when I made eye contact with them. Whenever I would pick up an item, they would begin to whisper amongst themselves which lead to them following me around the store. I should've listened to my intuition and left, but unfortunately this was the closest. I wasn't in the store for no longer than 5 min. until, a lady came from behind me with a microphone in her ear, asking if everything was "okay". Seriously?! when you come into a place such as this, you're expected to walk around like everyone else without being HOUNDED and PROFILED. Word of advice to these young ladies, when you leave your home you're expected to leave your personal opinions and thoughts at the door, not inside your place of business. read more

I called the store first to see if they had a particular wallflower fragrance since they have not had in stock the last few times I've been in the store. The clerk told me yes they had them, I responded with really y'all have them and again she said yes. But low and behold I get there and of course I could not find them, so I asked an employee where they were and she told me they did not have any. So I left the bag with other items and simply walked out. So don't trust what they tell you right off the bat make them check first. read more

I was in this store the other evening. The ladies did greet me at the door and were very friendly. Then all I could smell was fried chicken. A young man was in there visiting with one of the girls working there and eating his chicken while talking to her in the store. I feel like they could have moved that conversation elsewhere. I grabbed my items and went to checkout. One of them did not have a bar code, the girl checking me out says 'no bar code'. I hesitated a bit and then I told her I would go get another one. I felt like she could have called up to one of the girls at the front do that instead of the customer. I got another item with a bar code, went back up to the checkout counter and now the girl who was helping me is on the phone. After I waited a few minutes for her to get off the phone, she finished checking me out. However, there was no apology for having me go get the item and no apology for having me wait for her to get off of the phone. I liked my products and I like the store location but this night I was very frustrated after leaving the store. read more

Nice convenient store by the job, nestled in between petco and footlocker or foot action. The ladies were welcoming upon entering the store, I liked that, noticed that they still welcomed you while assisting other customers. Good job ladies! The holiday prices are ok but they won me w buy 3 get 3 free, Be cautious in the parking lot please, when I pulled up a guy was with cops looked like his passenger window got broken into and glass was shattered everywhere in the parking lot. Love this location! They always have a ton of in stock items and the sales folks are always very nice and helpful! Went today for the 75% off sale and stocked up on some of my favorite holiday scents and some others that were 50% off...Mad About You and Velvet Sugar There were a ton of people in the store because of the sale but they had all the registers open and the lines moved fairly quickly for the amount of items that everyone was purchasing. Several times I know I had to ask where a certain scent was and I heard other people doing the same and all of the staff were knowledgeable about where things were and patient in answering repeated questions and always with a smile! read more
