They always have a store full of non customers, so you have to navigate around them to shop for what you want, or ask them to move. I'm a paying customer and have been for years I expect more hospitality. I do not like to feel rushed while making my selection.. when in the south do as the southerners do..And if they wanted to make a chill pad for people I'd be all for it but atm that's not what the shops set up for.ill probably be getting my smoke products out of town till things change.

Obviously she was not given a lot of time to both create and then deliver this request ... She came through beautifully.The floral stand was impressive and thoughtful . Ms.Wilcox also included the flowers requested and left out the ones I did not want .What more could you ask for? I could not be at the Service but she is made my love visible .

To complicate things even further, my wife's office closes early on Friday so I needed my delivery to take place before noon. Well the florist was very upfront and told me that she couldn't guarantee a noon delivery due to the number of deliveries that were already scheduled but she would do her best to deliver by 2. I agreed and left hoping that it would make it there before the office closed. Well imagine my surprise when my wife text before 10 thanking me for her beautiful roses! I was shocked to say the least! Needless to say my new favorite florist far exceeded my expectations! I will DEFINITELY be back to see her in the future.

The associate recommended the vanilla crème brûlée candle and it smelled sooo good. It was 40% off so I had to get it. I also got a wick cutter which was also on sale. Altogether I spent about $30. The associates were so sweet and personable, I enjoyed our conversation and time while I shopped.

They did not remotely resemble what was ordered. In fact the flowers received were a hideous mismatch of random flowers and a massive amount of plain greenery for filler. When i say the arrangement received was embarrassing to even look at, I'm being kind. Then I was given a refund of 15% and expected to be satisfied. I have never dealt with such bad customer service or product quality before. I would never do business here again or recommend it to anyone else. If you want cheap gas station check out flowers then by all means pay $10 at a gas station. Don't go here and pay 10 times that much for less than mediocre flowers and bad service.
