Today online I saw that creme of nature was hosting an exclusive 50% off discount at Sally's beauty…read moresupply- it was three of their products onebeing a shampoo, conditioner and a mender so those products were 50% off today I immediately check for the closest Sally beauty supply that I could find in the nearest one was about 2.2 miles from where I was and I proceeded to that location -I saw that the store was closing in a couple of hours so I knew I had at least two hours time to drive to the location and to shop So from that point I was greeted at the store -I knew where the product would be located and what so I went directly to the aisle I looked to my right and the product was there as I thought it would be There was some signage on that aisle for various discounts on the 20% off of 50% off-what I was looking for was the advertisement that I saw online for the creme of nature products for 50% off -I saw the three that were online and I grab those three and headed to the checkout counter The cashier was ringing me up she was pleasant and she was trying to give me to sign up for like a rewards program but I have my little one with me and I want to just go ahead and apply a discount - the cashier she had to go back to get the SKU numbers because they weren't ringing up I had to wait for that and then when she returned to finish up everything at the discounts were applied to two out of the three products I got my receipt with my bag of products and I had went home and immediately started trying out the products doing my washing go I must say the product smells very good! Kudos to the team for keeping up with the rush -- customer service was exceptional. I came in with a mission: find the perfect Burberry fragrance for my mother. Yes, Sephora is pricey, but Mom is worth every penny and then some. The selection was fair -- not overwhelming, but enough to work with. My one real frustration was the fragrance shopping process. There are no fragrances available on the floor -- you have to request them, and an associate has to retrieve them from a drawer. I completely understand why (people can be dishonest, and theft is real), but the execution is a bit clunky. It feels like shopping for shoes -- you pick a few options, they go check the drawer, and more often than not your size... er, fragrance and size... isn't available. If you go one at a time, it becomes a huge time drain. By the time they're back with an answer, they've already moved on to the next customer, and you barely have a moment to regroup and think through your next choice. I'd suggest requesting several options at once to save yourself some back-and-forth. The store layout and organization are the standard Sephora setup, so no surprises there. Despite the fragrance process being a bit of a puzzle, I found what I was looking for and I would definitely return. Just go in with a game plan!

I'm always pleased at the hospitality and friendliness associates show each customer they greet that comes over to browse at their lovely selection & sample the sents displayed atop of the display cases. Associates are very knowledgeable in description when it comes to the fragrances. I was shown many sents from known ones like Nautica to the obsecure like Man Attitude (no longer stocked) & also newly released or stocked ones Like Hunter or Wanted. On the advice of a friend of mine who had recently made a purchase I swung by to inquire about a particular fragrance. My friend informed me that she made a purchase on a fragrance that is also at other stores in the mall that this "store" would price match in order to get a new customer. When I inquired about the fragrance that I was looking for, I came to find out that the listed price for that item was $30-$40 more than what it is normally sold for at other stores, and that the "limited" sale price was only $10 off of that price. To put it in layman's terms a fragrance that you can buy at a department store for $30-$40, was being sold for nearly $70 but on sale for $60. I asked the sales lady about price matching, in which she replied to me that I could purchase the item and take it up with the manager who was not present at the time of my purchase. I really wanted to get this item so that I can give it as a gift soon after the purchase date. That was my mistake, I should've gotten it somewhere else. Following my purchase, I found the company on the web. I was unable to get a phone number or email to contact the company to talk to the manager about my purchase. I ended up making contact with the company through social media which in turn the manager of the location was given my information to contact me by phone. The manager of the Wolfchase location contacted me soon after. After explaining everything to the manager, the manager told me that that fragrance is not sold locally, which is incorrect. She also went into telling me that they have to make a profit in order to pay for rental and employees. I told the manager that I would fully understood that but that I felt it was practically price gouging. I was in support of the smaller businesses which is why I purchased the product here along with the idea that they would price match. The manager stated that she would contact me on Monday morning (when she would be there) about giving me a credit (at cost) towards a fragrance which I thought was a perfect resolution. I was also informed then that all sales were final and there are no refunds! The manager never called. Now that it has been several weeks since the purchase I know that was just a ploy to get me off the phone and be done with me. So don't worry Essence of Wolfchase I will not be back. Side note: I know purchasing namebrand merchandise at the mall is an expensive, but at the prices they charge you could get a premium package of fragrances at Macy's. You will not drive people off Amazon and to a mall with those prices and customer service! Buyer beware! You will regret it.

Black Owned Business and exceptional customer service every time I have entered the building. Whether its 1 person or 50 customers, everyone is greeted with a friendly face and warm welcome. I absolutely recommend this establishment.
