This location is awesome! Mom mentioned that this one often has stuff that the Collierville one has already sold out of. So when I saw all the Disney merch they had recently restocked I jumped on it. It was an amazing day for a buy two get two sale. They even had some of the specialty hand sanitizer holders. They didn't have the castle but oh well. The workers were really helpful and accommodating- they checked in the back for a few things we didn't see out and we ended up finding some stuff that we were looking for! I'm literally obsessed with this place! I love lotion and sprays so this place is right up my alley! All if there products are worth the price. They smell good, last long, and are very rich in ingredients. They are not watered down like most brands. I particularly live the Aromatherapy line. I always get the Sleep, Focus, and Stress Relief products. Each year, I stick up on my favorite items during both Semi-annual Sale (January and June). Throughout the year, they send coupons to keep shoppers coming. The associates are always super friendly and love exposing customers to their various products. Keep up the good work guys! read more

This wasn't the store but I just want to warn people from buying online from them. I bought two items and it was $20 for one lotion and a travel size mist. Used with code btw- $8 of that was shipping. It was my first time ordering and they just canceled one of my orders. They sent out the email that only one of my products were shipping before the email saying that one was canceled. If it was out of stock don't have it on your website, B&BW. And tell your customer BEFORE we spend money on your products. read more

As I'm leaving this location, I am livid at the cashier named Durga (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) who's from Colorado. Why, because of the fact that I took advantage of the 3-wick candles for $10.25 sale and spend almost $300 dollars via Bath and Body giftcard, it was suspicious TO HER to the point where she even had to take extra time to review my receipt to verify it was paid for after system said approved! I asked her why was it suspicious and she said this isn't normal. Oh so it's not normal to use a giftcard with a $500 MAX at your store, oh okay! Never would have imagined this experience from my FAVORITE STORE, hence the large amount on the giftcard! Bad customer experience will keep me from shopping there. read more

Let's get something straight here- this review is not for Bath and Body Works. I'm not, nor have I ever been, a fan of their lotions, shower gels and body sprays. I did not become a fan of this place until they opened White Barn Candle Company. Though they are one and the same (they are always located next to each other in the mall and you can go from the candle portion to the body portion while inside either store- yet they still have separate store fronts) they are two very different beasts for me. There are only 2 brands of candles I will ever buy- and I am a certified candle whore. Whenever you walk into my home, there is some sort of fragrance that will meet your nose immediately. I always have candles burning. The only two brands I will spend my hard earned cash on are White Barn and Yankee- though I much prefer White Barn. I don't know when they decided to turn all their body fragrances into home candles, but what an idea. These are the only candles that smell up my entire home. Just to give you an idea, I once had a home in Arizona that was 2 stories, had 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms and you could smell a burning White Barn candle in every freaking room. We currently live in a loft downtown. and our neighbors have come over and asked what it is that they can smell out in the hallway (yes the hallway behind our closed door) everyday coming from our apartment. They are that good. My second favorite thing here are the wallflowers. They are just like Glade or Febreeze plug-ins, but come in much better, much more enticing scents. You can get the starter kit or 2 refill bulbs for $12.50 a piece, but I always wait for the sales. They usually do a 2 for $20, but the best idea is to sign up for their email list. One to three times a year they will do a $5 sale. So, all the wallflowers are $5 bucks a pop. Which means I stock the hell up. One thing I can always count on is that whenever people come to my house they always comment on how good it smells. I heart that. read more

I ordered 2 candles online on May 23rd because I'd been given a gift card. I ordered two of their 3 wick candles putting the extra cost on my credit card. Received a confirmation email. On May 26th I received another email telling me my items had shipped and they would be delivered June 3-June 16. No problem. I received the order today, June 25. Not only was it 9 days late, it was someone else's order who lived in another state. I called customer service 6 TIMES!!! Twice I got hung up on and once they didn't even bother answering. I was as nice as I could be until I had to call the 5th time. By then I was irritated. The young lady was nice but told me they had lost my order and could send my order to me again. Fine. Then I get an email saying they cancelled one of the two candles I ordered and were just sending one. I called again very irritated. I told the lady to just refund my money and stated I would never order from them again. I asked her to apply the credit to my credit card. She said no, that she had to send me a gift card refund by email because I had applied the gift card first when I placed the order. So now I have someone else's order and am not going to receive the entirety of my order. They were nice but incompetent. Everyone telling me something different. Now I'm getting a "gift card" I will never use because they can't get their act together. And she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to go ahead and order something with the refunded money. I am not even going to write what I really wanted to say at that moment. Beware if you order online. read more
