Kudos to the team for keeping up with the rush -- customer service was exceptional. I came in with a mission: find the perfect Burberry fragrance for my mother. Yes, Sephora is pricey, but Mom is worth every penny and then some. The selection was fair -- not overwhelming, but enough to work with. My one real frustration was the fragrance shopping process. There are no fragrances available on the floor -- you have to request them, and an associate has to retrieve them from a drawer. I completely understand why (people can be dishonest, and theft is real), but the execution is a bit clunky. It feels like shopping for shoes -- you pick a few options, they go check the drawer, and more often than not your size... er, fragrance and size... isn't available. If you go one at a time, it becomes a huge time drain. By the time they're back with an answer, they've already moved on to the next customer, and you barely have a moment to regroup and think through your next choice. I'd suggest requesting several options at once to save yourself some back-and-forth. The store layout and organization are the standard Sephora setup, so no surprises there. Despite the fragrance process being a bit of a puzzle, I found what I was looking for and I would definitely return. Just go in with a game plan!

On the advice of a friend of mine who had recently made a purchase I swung by to inquire about a particular fragrance. My friend informed me that she made a purchase on a fragrance that is also at other stores in the mall that this "store" would price match in order to get a new customer. When I inquired about the fragrance that I was looking for, I came to find out that the listed price for that item was $30-$40 more than what it is normally sold for at other stores, and that the "limited" sale price was only $10 off of that price. To put it in layman's terms a fragrance that you can buy at a department store for $30-$40, was being sold for nearly $70 but on sale for $60. I asked the sales lady about price matching, in which she replied to me that I could purchase the item and take it up with the manager who was not present at the time of my purchase. I really wanted to get this item so that I can give it as a gift soon after the purchase date. That was my mistake, I should've gotten it somewhere else. Following my purchase, I found the company on the web. I was unable to get a phone number or email to contact the company to talk to the manager about my purchase. I ended up making contact with the company through social media which in turn the manager of the location was given my information to contact me by phone. The manager of the Wolfchase location contacted me soon after. After explaining everything to the manager, the manager told me that that fragrance is not sold locally, which is incorrect. She also went into telling me that they have to make a profit in order to pay for rental and employees. I told the manager that I would fully understood that but that I felt it was practically price gouging. I was in support of the smaller businesses which is why I purchased the product here along with the idea that they would price match. The manager stated that she would contact me on Monday morning (when she would be there) about giving me a credit (at cost) towards a fragrance which I thought was a perfect resolution. I was also informed then that all sales were final and there are no refunds! The manager never called. Now that it has been several weeks since the purchase I know that was just a ploy to get me off the phone and be done with me. So don't worry Essence of Wolfchase I will not be back. Side note: I know purchasing namebrand merchandise at the mall is an expensive, but at the prices they charge you could get a premium package of fragrances at Macy's. You will not drive people off Amazon and to a mall with those prices and customer service! Buyer beware! You will regret it.

I called customer service and the rep says she see BOTH holds and one will be released within 3-5 business days. When I challenged her on TWO holds she said it's ONE hold and my bank did one and I would need to call the bank to have it released. I spoke to her supervisor who advised me the same. And that when the pkg shipped that they have ALREADY been paid but my other $42 will be released in 3-5 business days. How in the hell can they place TWO holds in the amount of $84.54 for an order that was $42.29 I've never heard of such! What if that was all the money I had and I really needed my $42... WHICH I DO! I WILL NOT ORDER FTOM THEM AGAIN!
