This Bath & Body Works is located in that strange strip mall that is out in the middle of nowhere. If you are traveling on Randall road, the name of the street to turn on is Ice Cream dr, which will turn into Orchard Gateway Blvd. There is a gigantic sign listing some of the retailers (e.g. Target, JCPenny, etc.) in this middle-of-nowhere strip mall, but Bath & Body Works is not on this sign, but fear not, it is there next to The Dollar Tree. I was surprised to see quite a few people in the store at this obscured location, but I guess it must be close to a lot of people there. This store is kept pretty clean, is smaller than the one at Fox valley mall, and also has fewer selections. During their $3 hand soap sale, they only had the non-foaming kinds on the shelf. There was 1 bottle of the foam soap, but it was leaking. The workers at the store are peppy and nice, as they are in most of the Bath & Body Works. read more

Everyone at this location is always helpful and polite! When I went to the candle sale the place was super packed with lines that began outside. However, they were very organized and I waited in line for about 45 mins. Yes, that may seem long, however, due to the circumstances, I thought I did pretty well! Lol. The candles smelled great and the store as always was clean and organized. If you don't use the BBW app make sure to download it in order to receive free items and get coupons! You can also use the coupons you receive in the mail and save your app coupons for later. I don't think you can combine coupons, however, you may be able to use more than one if they are different. For example, one coupon may give you a free hand lotion and the other coupon may give you 20% off. Enjoy. read more

I love any Bath & Body Works that is not located in a congested shopping mall or strip. Additionally, I've been in here a handful of times, during holiday craziness as well as dead periods, and it's always pleasant. The ladies won't hustle and hound you to buy more or ask lots of unnecessary questions. I'm just here to smell the candles, okay? The most insane time I was here was during the once-a-year candle sale. The 3-wick White Barn candles were something like $8 each (they're normally $20), so of course fans of this product went totally apeshit. This shopping strip is generally pretty relaxed; you won't get backed up waiting for the light to change or worry about something hitting you in the parking lot. Most of the time, the stores are pretty dead. Oh no. With this sale, you would think that they were giving away Porsches and a night with Jon Hamm. I walked in and immediately the line was to the door. But the employees kept it moving smoothly, even when one lady dropped a candle and sent glass flying everywhere. The employees were equally patient with a woman who was buying no less than 12 candles and was obsessively looking for another in Southern Mocha Pie in the Woods or some such bullshit. I came for my Mahogany Balsam, Champagne Toast, and Iced Vanilla Woods (all real names). I got my 3 candles and got the hell out of there. I don't care much for the body products. They smell great but the body wash is drying, and the lotion isn't very hydrating. The candles though are amazing. They make great gifts, and if the recipient hates it, B&BW will do an even exchange no questions asked. In case you haven't already guessed, the scents often have convoluted names, disappear after one season, and are re-named something else the next season. It's annoying. Last year, "Iced Vanilla Woods" was called "Peace." I was not at PEACE when I couldn't find this scent for awhile. But I'm still going to go back and buy more candles. read more

This store has been a pleasant experience, almost every time I've visited it. 1) The store clerks are friendly and nice. Excellent service from Shannon and Sara, if you want to interact with people who treat you well and help you to their best ability ! Don't know much about the other clerks, but they seem nice overall. 2) Store is neat and clean for the most part. 3) Reason for 4 (and not 5) stars - The aprons that the staff wear are not clean. Why not take them to the laundry machine some times ? You cannot be a store selling all these super-duper hand cleaning and body cleaning gels and have your staff wear dirty aprons ! It's not the staff's fault, upper management should look into this. It's important for the staff to look extremely clean and dapper. Their Bath and Body aprons spoils the show for them ! read more

Very disappointed with the store manager Stephanie. I was in buying teacher gifts and spent over $140. I realized I was short one 3 wick candle and rushed back to the store. Online stated it was open until 10 but I wanted to call to confirm. I was told from Stephanie that the doors are locked at 9. I used google maps and seen that I would be there at 9:01 so I called back to see if I can buy one over the phone. She told me no. Corporate policy that doors close at 9. I did end up making it there prior to the doors closing. As I was checking out, I asked if she could apply the 20% off coupon I used less then an hour ago. I was told No. This was a one time use. I can understand that but she knew I was just in. I watched her tell another associate to override 8 bottles of body care down to zero dollars for a customer, but question how she cannot give me 20% off a $15 candle. So instead leaves a curtailed disappointed for $3! Her attitude was rude and I will not be returning to this store! I wish i can return these but I need them for tomorrow read more

This location's manager Celeste needs some Customer Service training. She does not put her customers first and has a rotten attitude and condescending tone. I purchased several items adding up to almost $100 and she refused to take my phone coupon. She advised me it was online only even after I showed her that one was online only and one was NOT. I then proceeded to run to my car in a rain storm to find the physical coupon as she demanded I get it. After getting drenched before attending a party, I could not find the coupon. Celeste continued to tell me repeatedly that she couldn't just honor the coupon on my phone. I told her that previously the sales clerks had honored this for me as I am a frequent customer and spend plenty of money at this store. Celeste did not care about my loyalty to your company. I assuming she has some numbers to meet in sales for the day and giving me 20% off $20 would of cut into that goal that she more than likely has trouble meeting. Her business skills are just as poor as her customer service skills. Why not offer me the coupon with more products Celeste? I sure your excuse for not giving me my $20 off was a lie as well. I have yet to hear of anyone getting fired for making a customer happy. I would recommend you be replaced as you lack business knowledge and people skills. By the way...I took my purchase to another location and they honored my phone coupon. It's called surprise and delight Celeste, something you know nothing about.
