They went as far as getting my prescriptions transferred from Houston for me instead of me doing the duty at no fret. Unfortunately at this time the pharmacies in Houston were closed down so I had to return the next day and here I am, same lady as well as the others in their pretty much positive if not upbeat attitude. I tried to understand why were there so many bad reviews for this store and walking through it the second time you could feel the unhappiness with the employees as far as disagreeing about maybe scheduling or whatever was going on but the atmosphere was transferred pretty much there as I walked from front to back two days in a row. Maybe I caught them on a bad week. I'll always continue to get my medicine here which I'm glad I did, maybe even catch the Associates in a good demeanor. Maybe management is pushing them too hard, I know what it's like back there I have a friend that works for Walgreens.

It has been a headache since the beginning. I have been on insulin for 55 years and the insulin pump for 22 years. I don't know how many times I have had to fight with them to get insulin. it's a constant circus with them, the doctor's office, and insurance. Now it's Medicare What a nightmare. I think I'm the first medicare patient they ever had. Take your business elsewhere.

So we popped into this Odessa, TX on June 27, 2026. The service was not welcoming. No one asked if we needed assistance although we walked by plenty of reps. We did. Then we finally found what my daughter wanted. The young lady at the register was nice, but overall the employees here do not go out of their way to help customers. This large store is in a plaza where there's plenty of parking. Of course I'll be back as this is the closest Ulta to me.

I am unfortunately on medication that both helps and hinders my ability to live a Normal life. This employee lied to me, I was told Walgreens no longer accepts medicade. This is not true, I am on special medications that have to be purchased through the specialty pharmacy due to cost. But instead of doing what was necessary to get my prescriptions filled, it was easier to lie to me and suggest I use CVS instead. I have Missed my scheduled dosage of medication, and as a result have missed several days work, which is also limited my abilities to perform my fatherly tasks of caring for my 9 yr old son, and dealt with unnecessary pain. I am also a single father. It's a sad world we live in today, because of people's attitude and ethics. This problem will not be corrected until people are held accountable and change their actions. So moving forward, this will be shared here, with family, friends and every other social media at my disposal. This is not the first time I have had this issue. I refuse to ignore people's actions any longer. I expect to be held accountable myself, and just maybe we can all strive to be better people and take a little extra time to do the right thing. The alarms didn't go off for us, just the 2 people beforehand. Awesomeeeee. When we left the checkout the kid didn't even tie the bottom of the suit bag like you're supposed to.
