The young lady at the counter followed us mercilessly. Not just nearby or in the same section of the store, but right next to us at all times. It felt as though we were thieves just waiting to be caught. I understand watching overall, but it was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to shop. What sealed the deal for us was there were 20% signs all over the honey side of the store. And when we asked a question about a lotion we wanted to buy, she said sorry the sale was over. Rather than honor the sale and take the signs down, she did not honor it. We decided to not to purchase because it felt wrong that it was not honored. Prices here are extremely high, which I understand with hand made local items, but to not honor a discount that was clearly marked on top of that, was off putting. It's sad because it only harms the locals putting there items in the store.

Someone I know moved to Utah recently, so it's the first time I've sent flowers to someone there. I always try to order through a local florist because they're usually better than the nationwide florist sites. The Gibby site had a lot of options, and I placed an online order for exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. I received my order confirmation, but then I received an email with a photo of the finished arrangement indicating it was ready for delivery. It was so nice to actually see what was being delivered. Most places that send a photo just send their standard photo from their website, so this is really a cut above. A short while later, I received a call from the delivery person. They were super nice and said they were at the delivery address but no one was home, no neighbors were home, and it was very hot outside so leaving them on the porch would probably ruin them. We chatted about options, she gave me the local temperature, and we decided that she would leave a note, take the flowers back to the shop, and try to deliver them again the next day. I just heard from the happy recipient that they have received the flowers and they are gorgeous. I really appreciated not only how beautiful the arrangement turned out, but how well Gibby's kept me updated on my order status with a completed photo, and the very caring and patient delivery person who made sure the recipient received my order in the best condition possible. David, delivered the arrangement and there were some difficulties in getting these flowers to their recipient. He was so helpful, up beat, and persistent.
