Recently we had an issue were a section of the screen stopped working. Went back to Zagg and they had excuses for everything. We even had a Zagg screen protector on the phone. They said that the reason for the part of screen not working is due to the phone falling which it had not. So, this to them was the reason for the failure. They also said the warranty on their labor is 1 month. If anyone is planning on using them or their hardware I would rethink it. They are not reputable; they do not stand behind their product or their labor.

He keep saying he needed pass codes, then he said " oh I can go around that". After 90 minutes he still could not move everything over. I asked if he could get help, he said no. Then I asked if he would just move what he had moved back to the original phone so we could use the original phone. He said ok, then he proceeded to use my personal phone number by mistake and then I had 3 phones that would not work. Finally he told me to go to the Verizon store in Riverdale. I asked if he would call the other store and tell them I was coming in and tell them what he had been doing with the phones but he said " no just go down to that store. I was supposed to leave for California in less than 2 hours and I didn't have a phone that worked. It was very frustrating. I would not even give a one star.

Not even Apple would touch it. I submitted a request on Yelp and Adan from Wasatch Computer quickly responded that his company would be able to do the repair for a very reasonable price. Adan is professional, courteous and honest. [ 385-206-8171 ] Humberto provided me with excellent customer service and proactively solved all of the concerns I was having with my new phone. 1. At another Metro store (on WA Blvd. near 2nd Street, Ogden), the customer service agent there (Alexander), was unable to install the screen protector without air-bubbles. Humberto was able to determine the screen protector was installed after the phone (case) protector was installed, and the phone protector (case), was pushing up on the screen protector -- which is what was causing the air-bubbles. The new phone I got is the Motorola Edge, with curved screen edges on both sides. Humberto took the time to reinstall the GorillaGlass (TM) screen protector, insuring there were no air-bubbles; at all. Humberto did what the other agent at the other Metro store seemed unwilling to do; customer service. 2. Humberto found a phone case (protector), which didn't push up on the screen protector as much; resolving the issue of air-bubbles that wouldn't go away. The phone case Humberto found, also had a kick-stand; which I wanted in the first place, but couldn't find at the other store. 3. At my request, Humberto also sold me a plastic screen protector; in case I have further concerns in the future with air-bubbles, etc. I wanted to do this, in case they become harder to find over time. I applaud Humberto's professionalism, and willingness to proactively identify the root cause of my concern; and provide a solution that actually worked. All in just a few minutes. I was in the store for no more than 10 minutes. I was very impressed with Humberto; professional, friendly, and has the skill set to solve problems -- not create them. I will not be going to any other Metro store in the area. I will only go to Humberto's store on 12th street. It's further away from home, but it's worth the extra drive time; to actually have my concerns addressed by someone passionate about helping their customers.
