This is your typical bath and body works. It's a small location, and the smell can definitely knock you out from outside the store and only gets stronger as you go in. We usually only shop with them when there is a sale going on. The employees were friendly. This time, they were keeping track of the number of patrons inside, so there was a line to go inside. They required us to sanitize our hands before going in and required masks. We browsed, and ended up not getting anything on this trip. read more

This review is of the store during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. These stores are usually quite small, so an employee was standing outside monitoring how many people were inside to ensure social distancing. We didn't have to wait long before it was our turn to go in. Upon entering we were required to sanitize our hands with hand sanitizer and we're given a paper bag to use to fill with goodies we wanted to buy. We weren't looking for anything specific, just just perusing in case we saw something that we had to have. They didn't have any great sales that day so we didn't end up buying anything, but they were sure getting lots of sales that day. I would gladly stop by again if in the area. read more

If this is true and the way this business select their employees then this young women shouldn't be employed here. She was very unprofessional not to mention rude . She instead of handing me my change as I handed her my money for purchasing products from this store , she laid the change on the counter I was appalled. It smells great in here. I love the fact that they now carry the c o Bigelow line for men. They have convenient cards placed around each section so you can sample the different scents without putting it on your body and smelling like 500 different scents. Sales and specials advertised conveniently around the store. read more
