Why do people live and die by scents? I never understood this. How do you know you know that you like the smell you are smelling when you are being overwhelmed by smells? How can you differentiate between them all? I simply do not understand it. This place to me is completely overwhelming. There are smells everywhere. From candles to hand sanitizer. Multiple types of lotion and body sprays. Please someone educate me as to why you need all those scents. I mean I love the smell of cucumber melon as much as the next person. But is that really what cucumber melon smells like? What melon is it? And as far as I know, cucumbers have no scent that would equate to what is in the mix. Anyway, I went off on a tangent there. They are well knowledged in their inventory and make suggestions as to what to use. They always seem to have something new in stock that draw people in. As well as some type of sale or coupon that comes in the mail. I hardly ever come here unless it is to buy a gift. Usually that means it is for a specific item. I never come to browse by nose. read more

If you are not already familiar with Bath and Body Works, the chain sells body washes, shower gels, body scrubs, lotions, lip balms, perfumes, body sprays, hand soaps, hand sanitizers, etcetera. As of the time of my review, this store is holding their semi-annual sale. When I entered the store, an employee said hello and offered me a bag to put items in as a shopped. I picked out four hand soaps that had a regular price of $7.50 and a sale price of $5. The sale price is still expensive compared what you can purchase at Walmart or Target, but the scents smell good, and the soaps lather and cleanse well. The shelves were fully stocked, and they had a large selection, despite my not finding one of my past favorite scents. A few cash registers were open, and the cashier promptly and politely served me. read more

I love their candles, handsoaps, hand sanitizers, ultra shear lotion, body wash, etc. Men, don't be intimidated as they also have some body care and fragrance for you. Their displays are inviting and most associates are helpful. They usually have weekly sales but the best ones are the semi-annual sales. Sometimes, what is available online is not in store. I called recently to ask when the winter body care is going to be available in the store and the associate, Brianne, was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Saved me a trip. Great scents for the most part, but they must actually hire the biggest biggest I have ever met. I do so much to not go there unless needed.

I'm the only "girlie" girl in family full of tom-boys that's all the girls in my family including my mom and three sisters. So when my mom and sister's ask me what I want for Christmas I always direct them to Bath and Body Works. Let Bath and Body Works take the fuss out of shopping for girls. The have so many lovely scents and always something new on the shelves to try. My personal favorite is the lavender and vanilla infused essential oil lotion and shower gel. A little goes a long way and it's about $15 a bottle not on the cheap side for shower gel but well worth the price. There hasn't been a Christmas/Valentine's/Birthday that's gone by in the past 5 years or longer that I haven't gotten at least one smell good item for this store. Ranging from candles, to scent infused socks, body sprays, perfumes, lotions, massage oils and bubble baths. I've basically sampled a little bit of everything. I absolutely love that they have prepacked gift baskets for any price range from $10, $20, and up. The box or basket or purse or tote is just as much the gift as the scented goodies that are inside. Bath and Body Works one year had a soft micro suede deep purple color purse that was filled with lotion, and shower gel and the purse had the word goddess on it in white gems, it was really cute and made such a different between getting something in a Christmas bag with polar beers on the side to really taking the gift to the next level. Yes polar beers are awesome but if you really want to make a girl fill special get her purse and fill it with goodies! Bath and Body works is a chain you can find in most malls. They sell mostly beauty products,liquid soaps,sanitizers, candles, various lotions and creams, along with novelty stuff. The store is always crowded since they are always running specials and of course with coupons once you sign up on their mailing list helps you get that stocking stuffer or whatever gift of your choice for the holiday season. They always carry their basic line of scents which they call signature scent but always are adding scents for the particular time of year you visit. There is always a special going on no matter when you visit or if you prefer you can shop online. I normally go here when I need to get thank you gifts for people who have rendered me service throughout the year or get small travel body wash for my vacations. They are relatively affordable and you can return to any store if not satisfied. read more

I love bbw items. I stopped in because I've been wanting to try wallflowers. I found plug ins for 4.50 and got two. I also bought two refills.. Tis The Season & Alpine Cheer. Refills are normally $6.50. They were on sale for $3.50! Both have a great scent and great throw. They had like 5 lines at the register and tons of workers throughout the store to hand out shopping bags. (It was black Saturday lol) BBW always has sales. Check it out read more

I'm speaking to the store's location, set-up, and staff in this case. As I've already reviewed B&BW as a brand/offering in a different location's review. I must say I was deeply impressed, for the most part every b&bw sticks to a similar floorplan and ambiance that makes it a recognizable brand. For their RPM location they embraced the mall's rennaisance as a higher end mall and mimicked that feel in their store. While the layout and presentation was reminiscent of b&bw...the entire package did impress. The staff was attentive and corteus without feeling like a high pressure "please buy something" pitch. One of the kind employee's handed me a 20% coupon for my order since it was a rather large one, birthday gifts and all, so it was a very fruitful trip! read more

I experienced poor customer service here today. I came in for their one-day only sugar scrub sale and to purchase some other products. I asked about the sugar scrub sale and mentioned that I had received the email about it. She told me that I would need to show her the email. I had forgotten my phone at home and she refused to honor the price. I explained that I would not have known about the sale if I hadn't gotten the email. No dice. That's fine. At this point I thought I would at least shop for some other products. I had some current coupons in my hand and the salesperson saw them and informed me "that I could not use them anyway". At this point it was obvious that BBW didn't want my business so I politely said that I would not be purchasing anything. I had planned to spend $100 - $21 for 3 scrubs and the rest on other products. I guess the bright spot is that I saved $100! read more

I love this store. At all of the malls this is definitely my favorite store. I always request a BBW gift card every year!!! Love the beyond awesome sales that I got today.
