The clerk that helped that day was 5*. My husband purchased two pairs of shoes for around $400. We went to Europe and did a lot of walking. My husband was so pleased with the one pair of shoes that he returned today to purchase the same pair in black. However the clerk with the goatee was exceptionally rude when he couldn't find a record of us being in the store or even purchasing anything. He was snappy and totally disrespectful. So we will be making future purchases online or elsewhere. We will not be back to Wagners. Very disappointing!

Despite this location's small size, there are definitely some good finds and a decent selection. The clearance section is located at the back left. This store is not so much fun when it's crowded because space is limited. Even with its size, there are dressing rooms.
