I ordered something online after hours for pick up the next day. When I got there it wasn't ready. No problem I told her, I'll wait. She prepared it immediately, but said she could not give it to me until I received an email from customer service saying the order was ready to pick up. 30 minutes went by as we stared at each other, no sign of the email, so I called customer service and described the situation. The order ready for pick up email was immediately sent. She gave me the bag and I walked out. Halfway across the parking lot, I realized that the order was wrong, went back inside, selected the correct order myself, and left. The question is, while we stood staring at each other for the first 30 minutes waiting for the email, no other customers in the store, why was I the one to call customer service and not the employee? Poor training? Poor pay? Poor attitude? ‍

While there, I decided to browse and stock up on a couple other things. They had a gal there -- I didn't catch her name -- who was a wonderful sales person. She was knowledgeable about different products, suggested to shoppers things they might need, upsold without pressure, etc etc. Probably the best Sally's employee I have ever come across. If in this area, I'd definitely come back.

In particular, I appreciate the mini versions of popular products near the register so you can test them out at home before committing to full size. The thing that sets this shop apart though is the service. I always have a hard time finding the brand I'm looking for and there are always plenty of people working that offer assistance throughout the store. Inevitably, things are the last place I would've looked, so this comes in handy. Also, they're very open to offering advice.

Many combinations of insane scents hit you as soon as you walk in. On the front left side of the store there is a huge table where they host private parties.
