How can you have an operating business when both bathrooms are out of order. Pathetic. Where is the staff to help customers?

Staff was pleasant. Disgustingly high prices! OTC item is 24 tablets for $8.12 at Walmart, $10.79 for 12 tablets at CVS! .33 per tablet at Walmart vs. .90 per tablet at CVS, almost 3 times more at CVS. Disgusting, if you ask me! read more

If I could give an award for "Most Dramatic Refusal to Stand Up," the front-desk associate at this CVS would win hands down. I walked in on Thanksgiving around 1:30 PM after a two-hour drive, desperately needing a few items and a restroom. Both restrooms had signs saying to ask for a key, so I approached the gentleman up front... who apparently believed he was guarding Fort Knox. I asked nicely for the restroom key. He told me "Nope, it's broken," without even blinking--or standing up. The way he said it, you'd think I asked him to climb Mount Everest, not hand me a key hanging three feet away. The vibe was rude, dismissive, and honestly just bizarre. I left wondering if I had accidentally walked onto the set of a hidden-camera show. Since the situation felt off, I ventured to the back and found another associate who--brace yourself--was a functioning human being! She happily handed me the restroom key (miraculously, the "broken" restroom was working just fine) and even helped me check out. Meanwhile, the front associate remained committed to doing absolutely nothing. Not sure how he got hired for customer service when he clearly hates customers (and standing up), but CVS might want to look into that. On a holiday especially, kindness goes a long way. This guy? Since we were near FAU, we stopped at this CVS to get some snacks before the show. This is a nice large self standing CVS store, a bit difficult to drive into it, since it does not have access from the main road, but it does from a side road. Clean, modern, well lit and neatly organized...it was easy to find what I wanted. Self checkout registers make it so easy ! read more

This is my go-to location, 5 minutes from home. Well managed, sufficiently staffed, clean, well stocked aisles. Usually enough staff at registers, even at peak times. Always check for coupons at the device near the front door, good sales. Pricing is competitive, only less on Amazon. Large selection of Hallmark cards. Inexpensive toys at all holidays, good for those Yelp Toy Drives, especially for Yelpers who attend Christmas Party and forgot their toys (huh??) Selection of refrigerated items such as milk, eggs, juices, soda, water, and yes BEER. wine also. No longer sells cigarettes. Good corporate decision. Long standing stockholder in Caremark/CVS. Have been impressed with their ongoing increase in sales volume from "front of store" sales as well as pharmacy. Good marketing. Pharmacists available for consults on Rx items and non prescription items on the shelf. Always willing to come out from behind counter to help locate items on shelves. Lots of parking. I, as you, have been to many CVS locations. Most have the ability to get what you want fast and efficiently. This location on Glades is no exception. In fact it's probably better than most. I stopped in just the other day needing: Bandage wraps, and ice wrap(yeah I had a couple injuries.) I was clueless where to find these. The cashier was busy so I just hoped there was someone farther back in the store that could help a guy out. as I got to the back 9 of the store, a fella was working on some shelves. Within seconds of asking, I was assigned 2 aisles to go to to find my items. Wala! I had 'em. and I was checking out. The only knock on this location is about impossible to fix, it has no access off Glades. It stinks that it necessary to take the next street, drive around back, and drive through a commercial building parking lot to get there. But in this part of town it's worth it, as its the best convenience store on Glades. read more

I have decided to do an update since my review was written over two years ago. Unfortunately, I am dropping one star. I hate doing this, but sometimes it has to be done. Mike was the previous store manager and due to personal reasons he moved out of the country. Not only was he super nice but he ran a tight ship, meaning his store was in great shape. I still shop here, but I think I am taking a break from this location for a while. The store is highly unorganized and it's difficult to find items. For example; why would popcorn be in three different isles? Why would nail polish remover also be in more than one isle? I don't understand the floor plan. Additionally, the shelves are messy and items are just randomly scattered or tucked (hidden) in other places. The employees are friendly but not very helpful. Since the previous manager left and it's been several months all ready, I think the new manager has had the time to make some improvements. Sadly, I only see a messy unorganized store that is screaming for someone to clean it up. I found two other CVS locations in Boca that are clean and organized. I'll be shopping at those stores from now on. read more

Stopped in here for a quick couple of items and also needed to use the restroom. Well they have the bathroom key attendant queen and she can not be bothered to open the restroom for you. I waited over 5 minutes for her to take her time and remind me that they are for customers only. I also reminder her that I am a customer and have been patiently waiting! Just to get in the restroom and it is filthy! I wish I had walked out from the beginning and spent my $ elsewhere. Will never be back! read more

Love the pharmacy staff! Jeanette is wonderful - she knows your name and greets you by name! The different pharmacists are all nice and available to answer questions They are quick to fill my prescriptions! I am very pleased with this CVS and only go to this one! The overall store is pretty typical, though I have noticed longevity with the staff which makes shopping here better! I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy team!!! read more

Nice store...... NEVER ENOUGH CASHIERS AROUND. Last night around 6:30 cashier line is 8 deep. Waited 20 minutes in line to checkout! Amidst all that the MANAGER leaves because he needs to be at another store at 6:30 the next morning! read more

CVS #7173 6651Military Trl. Boca Raton (Clint Moore and Military). Rude Pharmacy Tech. I had scheduled a covid vax appt for my child and the GPS took me to this location. I waited for the tech (Brittany) to address me. I told her I had an appointment for my son. She asked abruptly, 'which one?' I paused as wasn't sure who or what the 'which' was referring to the vaccine or which son. I said 'Pfizer.' She rudely said 'we don't do Pfizer here, Clint Moore and jog'. I said "I just made an appointment" Brittany interrupted and said "I am not going back and forth with you.' I left the store without saying anything. I drove the one mile to the other location which turned out to be the correct location. In that store, #4046, they were not only apologetic due to their fellow CVS' employee rudeness, but they were also kind and pleasant. GPS routinely sends people to the BAD CVS according to the good pharmacy staff. read more

Friendly staff, just need to clean up display areas and thoroughly clean the mens restroom.

I am compelled to write about the above and beyond customer care I received from Jeanette in the pharmacy. She noticed that a prescription written by the doctor would cost close to $300.00. She was knowledgeable enough to know that if the doctor wrote it a different way my cost would be around $20.00! She then took the time to contact the doctor, who did not call her back after 24 hours, so she called again! The doctor agreed she was correct! Can't say enough about how great Jeanette is!!! read more

I live just down the road from this location, so transferring my prescription there when I moved to Boca was a no-brainer. My doctors office warned me against using this location, but I didn't listen, and It didn't take me long to regret this decision. CVS consistently tried to switch out my medication for a generic that I specifically asked multiple times not to receive (and I was assured multiple times there was a note in my file reflecting this) as well as constantly contacting my former doctor that I hadn't seen in years for refills. When I finally gave up and transferred my prescription to another pharmacy, CVS gave the incorrect name of the prescribing physician to the new pharmacy and "lost" 6 months of refills. 3 months later, I am still fighting with them about it and now I am out of refills and I have to pay major bucks to go to my doctor again 6 months early. The general disregard of the entire staff to this entire issue has been infuriating. I learned my lesson- I will never use CVS as my pharmacy again even if it is next door. read more
