I absolutely LOVE Bath and Body Works and am a frequent shopper. However, I NOT a fan of their new rewards program where I can no longer get accessories like soap holders or wall flower plug ins as part of my free reward items. Granted, the amount I can get for free is slightly more, but if I can't get items I used to be able to get, I'd prefer to return to the old program! Cmon Bath and Body Works. If customers are shopping and spending enough money to earn free products, we should be able to select WHATEVER products are under that price point with no exclusions. read more

They are good. Prices are High unless you get their coupons in the mail. So, get on their mailing list. Employees are usually kind and respectful. My daughter and I love going in their and getting the wallflowers and shower gels. And in the fall the candles. Wonderful. read more

If only I could give this store 0 stars. Worst customer service ever!!! They sent a coupon to my old address and my mom took a picture. I went to check out and they said they couldn't use a picture even though it has a specific code and my name on it. Absolutely ridiculous! I went home, ordered online for in store pick-up and two hours later went in to pick up my order. I'm in the customer service industry and would never treat a customer this way! This location is always stocked with everything but the employees are a bit pushy. Expected as they make commission and bonuses but come on. All of these candles and sprays are full of chemicals but when/if I'm there I always leave with something regardless! read more

The staff is honestly rude. I was helped by 3 different people. I purposely asked a different person for help each time hoping to get a nicer person. The older ladies that worked there were super sweet! But the younger ones just had a really nasty attitude as if they didn't want to work there. If you don't want to work in a place where you're in people's faces, then this isn't the job for you. This was my first time at this location and I didn't have the best experience. me and ang are happily tooling along with our good day cokes in hand, sportin in my new box car and we are wayyyyy uber happy cause we have coups! woot!! one of those is entitling us to something free! big woot!! we go in to the store and are immediately greeted by this girl with glasses and she wants to spray some ugly spray on a miniature sheep and swab our noses with it...ack! back off sister. first, i like to man my own scent sniffing and i hate when people say, just smell it, it is new and smells great. apparently this girl must wear jean nate' perfume cause this new milk and honey crap smelled like poop. gross! i yank ang's arm off and go to another better smelling part of the store, btw, we get a free sheep!!!!! WOOT! i have a black one now, her name is macy! we go over to the aromatherapy area hoping against hope that magically lavender/vanilla conditioner and shampoo will appear. doesnt happen. blech! girl with glasses is stalking around the displays trying her hardest to talk to us, no! we did find a darling girl with cute hair and trendy glasses that was the perfect amount of helpful without being overbearing, ya know? she helped us with our scent port needs and gave us our totally free sheep and we happily stand in line and check out every person in the store and have helpful fashion tips for all of them, but every time i start to say something ang is always launching something at me...geesh, i feel like its my civic duty and all, help out the country and make it look prettier. fine, i paid for my stuff and put it in my new earth friendly target bag and out we go with our herd of sheep. dont get me wrong, help is nice and the occasional are you finding what you are looking for is okay, but geesh not every thirteen seconds! store was overcrowed with displays and was melding too many holidays together and the smell was overpowering as usual but it was clean enough i guess. we will return cause we got more coups and its real close to our house. read more

This is by far the worst Bath and Body Works out there. The store located on the end of a strip mall and is tiny. Once you enter the store you will notice the most magnificent orgasmic aroma that every woman wishes her home would smell like. I went to this store during a holiday and it was way overcrowded. Women were knocking women into the displays which were standing everywhere. I found a couple of bath products on sale which I would have liked to purchase if the line wasn't to the opposite end of the store. No sale is worth getting knocked over or waiting in line for half an hour. read more

This Bath & Body is very small. They have a decent selection of items, especially if you are looking for one of the more popular scents or items they sell. Definitely a small store, though, so if you want to see more products, I would try another location. read more

It is a one day sale what did you think would happen? We to Mesquite, bought my 15 candles and then went next door to Old Navy and your line is still waiting outside. I'd rather go to mesquite . Firstly if you get those coupons that they send to you in the mail you can use them all together btw. But here in the Rockwall location they didn't let me use mine together , (you also may use your coupons 2 or three days after the expiration date ) they didn't let me do that either . The thing I'm mostly upset about is when your wall flowers stop working you should be able to bring them back to get new ones you can switch them out at the same value within a year . Well I had two from October and the girl was going to let me but then some other lady that acted like the boss said no our new policy says they can't be over a year old. Okay that's fine but these are from October ? Yeah but that's our policy ! since when? So she brought me the cheap warmers even though I paid $14.50 to 16.50 for the nightlight ones . And she brought me the $5.50 warmers . So I just got them . I went to the mesquite location they said no just bring them in no questions asked lifetime warranty's . I love this store. They have had the same two familiar faces forever. They are so sweet and never rude. I went to the town east location and had nothing but a negative experience with the ladies there. They were so rude, but I have never experienced that at this location....and to the woman whining about the line on the day of the candle sales... they can only allow as many people as they have registers to be checking people out.. and also.. they have a maximum occupancy as well.. fire code and all.. read more
