The store is pretty well organized and I was greeted warmly when I entered. They are already geared up for the holidays too. There were no less than 25 other people inside the store with me at all times and the store is not that large so I know they do good business. Staff also seemed patient with guests with coupons and gift cards even though there was always a long check out line and that was nice. I definitely recommend popping in here if you need some quick gifts. I got 3 large candles, 2 body sprays, 2 gift sets, 2 room sprays and 2 hand sanitizers and they have a men's and women selection so there is something for everyone.

Less than 10 minutes later, I got a accusatory call stating they did not know how I was able to purchase the flowers at that specific price from their shop, however, they were not-going to honor the price of which I purchased my flowers, She went on to inform of issues that she had with their vendor and her prices. when I walked her step-by-step through her site, showing her where I was able to purchase the flowers. She went on to relay that they would give me half the arrangement at the price I had already paid. When I asked if they would honor the price since I had already completed my purchase from their site- and as a result, landed unknowingly in the middle of an ongoing issue with their vendor . I was informed that I was "asking for too much". I informed her that this would be fraudulent activity as they were listed at one price and once they received my money, were only willing to honor half of my order. She went on to inform me of how much money they paid for their inventory, including the bases prior to selling it to customers. Poor Customer Service.
