The manager, Kitra Shepherd, guided us through the wonderful variety of spices, mixes, extracts and sauces to be found in the shop. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable with excellent presentation skills. Throughout the tour, we were given opportunities to sample some of the spices. Kitra and her staff were very attentive and took the time to answer all of our questions. All in all, the Spice Tour was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to any interested groups.
