I have a total so far of 65 Check-ins here, Wearing My Duchess Crown! :-) Yes I can certainly give 5 stars now in updating My Review for this location. It's My Go To Bath & Body Works store for online pick up and shopping in person when I receive those money saving coupons in the mail. The Manager "Michelle is Magnificent" along with her hard working staff. From walking in with a Hello greeting, they are ready to assist My shopping with current sales or gift ideas. I always experience a speedy checkout at the registers. Today I walked in to pick up My online order from a $2.95 sale on hand creams and of course Michelle was working and we talked about the rough winter in Michigan and that I ordered home delivery service instead of treading in cold and snow. The store is still stocked, organized throughout, plus clean on the floors. There's Upbeat music playing and a customer can still use the sample cards to test new spray scents. Hoot! Sign up for Rewards Yelpers with your phone # to be alerted with texts and those emails that are great for a heads up the day before a Sale. I have posted several notifications for this location to help many of times! Download the BBW App for quick viewing when you need to. WOW this Bath & Body Works Store Rocks My Monthly Shopping times when purchasing many scented items: Wallflowers, Shower Gels, Body Lotion, Perfume Sprays, Hand Soaps and those cute purse size hand sanitizers, hand creams, fragrance sprays, Car Air freshener Hangers. My favorite are the seasonal Single Wick Candles that are the best for all year round for the different rooms at My Home In Macomb! But Sam made sure to be attentive and very helpful during our shopping experience. She even went above and beyond to help us find a very popular product that looked like it was out but she went above and beyond to double check and she was able to find more in stock which I appreciate it because I know she could've easily brushed it off. It makes a difference when someone is helpful and in a great mood willing to stop what they are doing to help.

There are so many stores out here on 26 Mile Rd., that it feels like Hall Rd. (M59). Anyways this store is small. When walking in this store, Home Depot is nearby on the left and to the right in is Michael's craft store= so there are your markers or directions to Bath and Body. Upon walking inside I was not greeted at all by an employee like at the Partridge Creek store near my home. I could hear 1 female voice in the far back of store, in which she was working at the cash register. Then throughout my walking and shopping experience I was still never greeted or asked if I needed help or support for my shopping time. The store was nicely organized and not messy since new and old scents were labeled properly. I photographed a few of their new scent displays along with 2 or 3 big clearance areas. Annoying bad comment from me = The style of music and its volume was TOO LOUD in this location. Maybe that's why the only employee there was talking so loud at check out to other customers. I could hear her from the front of the store. Not sure why it was so loud. I like to have a relaxing shopping experience so I can think while I shop, read labels and enjoy the environment of my special and favorite store as Bath & Body Works. I did find the items I wanted since I looked ahead of time on the website for ideas and made out my shopping list :) Great plan ! Lastly at check out, the cashier was nice, efficient and honored my 3 coupons carefully with one at a time showing what discount was for what item. Thank you ?? I recently made a purchase online for in store pickup The email said to let any associate know you're there for an online pickup so we found the first available associate and she told us to stand in the checkout line. So my boyfriend and I did. Once we got to the front of the line, we were told to stand in another line. After waiting in that line for almost 20 minutes, a lot of other customers were just getting their online orders from the regular checkout. We finally got helped but nobody could find the order. My boyfriend was listed as the pickup person, the email even said so and they could find it in the computer/tablet but apparently it was not in the right spot in the backroom. Very chaotic. Not very organized. I know there's a lot of seasonal workers.

I have never shopped in here since it opened. I Googled the name and found this nearby location. My need was to buy a luscious scented soap called "Karma" that I received on my Birthday 9/17/18. The scent contains a sweet orange and patchouli. I loved it as a gift from a family member as a mini sample bar with a hair shampoo and conditioner plus a mini hand cream as well. I've never heard of this scent, yet the thoughtful gift idea was very fresh and most comforting. Yes it lasted 6 months for my nightly use on my face, arms and hands with a fresh scent and a soft, smooth feeling before my bedtime. Walking in this small store is overwhelming with different soap products containing different ingredients to produce a unique scent. Although a customer with a tickle nose may experience a sneeze or more with allergies. I took a few photos of the fruit, herbal and sweet flavored soap scents. Soaps are sold by the # ( Pound ) yes, this is their selling policy. I counted 6 female employees working inside ready to assist customers with the many areas of shopping. There are samples, baskets or create and make one for a special occasion gift or yourself. I found my "Karma" scent which was $ 36.00 # yikes.. therefore I asked an employee to cut and weigh a slab of the soap yet please keep my cost price under $ 10.00. My check out price was $ 6.12. A well stocked store from front to back along with walls and counter areas with many different handmade creations of scented soaps, candles, creams and oils. This "Lush" store maybe comforting to shop at. But since items are sold by the pound, your credit card will add up fast or your wallet of cash will empty fast as well. Then again its for those customers or shoppers that need to see, feel, and smell for that fresh, hush, rush experience. Then afterwards have a "Lush" feeling as well ! ;)

The customer service here is great, especially for a tiny store packed with guests. It is a bit difficult to walk around because there are tight pathways, plus the insane amount of customers coming in and out. This store is always busy, and each product has a list of ingredients under it. They even helped us look for nut free products. Their website and booklet has everything you need to add things to your wishlist.

awful. the employees follow you around as if you're stealing and they have nothing better to do…read more this sephora location is so different from the ones i've been to. they don't have a lot of brands that most sephora stores have. they had about half high end, half retail brands, and some brands that are not that well known (at least to me). there's been many occasions i come to this location with the intent to find something particular and they don't have it in the end. which, i should have looked up first but sometimes you don't and just want to find out for yourself while you're there. it's also weird how they label their prices for products. it's not in front of the item on the shelf. it's all to the right end side listed of all products in order and their prices. which is a bit of an inconvenience. it seems like it's their policy is to stalk their customers and follow them around to make them feel uncomfortable. it's as if the employees don't like their job and have absolutely nothing better to do. please find something to do other than stalk and make your customers uncomfortable. you guys must get paid to do nothing. your work ethic is showing and i would have fired all of them if i was a supervisor. skip this location and thank me later. i'll use my hard earned money elsewhere at a more welcoming location. i'm just surprised they are even standing in this location. i doubt they make any money with this type of service and treatment.

My friend had already used a Sephora gift card at this exact location. Aliyah claimed this gift card could only be used at stand alone Sephoras and Sephoras within JC Penny. My friend used her $10 in Sephora points and $25 of her own money to pay for her items. As we were leaving the store and speaking with our friend who works at this location our suspicions of this employee's incompetence was confirmed as the gift card could be used to this location. We return inside, wait in line for the second time when Aliyah again took her time chatting with people in line. My friend asked for a return on the lip balm she had purchased and for the gift card to be used. Because of the $10 off which was split between two items my friend was only given $18 in returns. The gift card was then used, as it should have been the first time and my friend had to use an additional $2 to cover the costs. I am furious that not only did we spend nearly an hour in line when it should have been an in and out trip, but that my friend spend $8 on absolutely nothing. $8 of her hard earned money vanished into thin air because of Aliyah's incompetence.
