Almost any place I shop, I want to be left alone. I love grocery stores with the self check out…read moreline, so I never have to actually talk to another person. I can find everything myself. But, a vitamin supplement store is an entirely new world to me. I could pick something out myself and take my chances, or I could look something up on the Internet. The Internet never lies, right? But, having somebody help me with what I was looking for here was terrific. Even better, it took less than a minute after I walked in the store before someone offered to help me. My daughter had her gallbladder removed, and she has been having digestive problems. I didn't realize there was a specific supplement that provides gallbladder enzymes. But, now I know. And, I wasn't steered toward the most expensive supplement they had, either. A bottle of 30 tablets cost $17, which doesn't seem like a bad price to restore gallbladder function. Of course, there are a wide variety of other supplements available here. I plan to come back sometime soon and check it out. I'm sure I will get all the help I need when I do.

So, when this place came up in my Yelp search, I decided to give it a try. The store is small, about the size of the grocery area of a small gas station. But, looks are deceiving. They have a nice, varied food area with some interesting and tasty selections to try. But, I was here for vitamins and supplements, so I decided to have a look around. They seem to have anything I could possibly want from a vitamin store. I was concerned that one obscure item I wanted wasn't there, but the helpful staff was able to locate it. This prevented me from having to go mail order. Take that, Amazon! Considering that there also open late just about every day, I have no excuse to go anywhere else.

Pre work out recommendations: have a HUGE selection but my personal favorites are "Bucked Up" and "Alani" rainbow candy is the best!!! I feel like I need to mention as well....you kind of personalize your own order to suit your own needs when it comes to your protein drink. Everybody and everybody is different for example you can order a cookies and cream drink...have it made with chocolate protein powder and add peanut butter to it "like I do" They offer add ins, such as energy, honey, oats, multivitamin etc... you can even have it made vegan or dairy free if you have allergies. They also offer this option... My personal fave is the café mocha with peanut butter added in and dairy free powder. They also offer fruit smoothies!!! Lastly If you forget your headphones, your workout belt, your lifting gloves your racket ball or a racket ball net, or are just anything in general such as a lock for your locker they have it as well. I lost my headphones one time and I only paid like 9 bucks which truly isn't that bad especially when it sold at the gym lol Anyways I love this LA Fitness location because boost nutrition is actually in it they offer a punch card so make sure you ask for one I believe your 10th 1 is free :)

Whoever has been receiving me through text and calls has been pleasant to work with; as well as courteous and professional. Delivery With each order they text you a link to see where the driver is at all times! It's a GPS service they are working with to give the customers the ease and satisfaction of knowing just where their order is at and what the ETA is currently!
