I was looking for a solution for a screen door handle to get a tight fit. He treated me like I was stupid and I should have walked out. I ended up going to Menards where the staff was extremely nice and helpful and pointed me to products that I could try. Damian's solution did not work and I ended up using my solution that I tried to pitch to him while I was in the store. I will never shop again at Hood's.

That the STORE has to request to have the package shipped back AND THAT MY PACKAGE IS BEING CHARGED EVERY DAY IT SITS IN THE WAREHOUSE!! I'm so sick I checkin my emails and this back and forth. Putting my plans on hold over and over because I "might" actually have a delivery THIS time. Email, email, email. This is so annoying and frustrating. I know they are sick of me too. Guess what, I check my email lol today & I get another new delivery date. WITH A $337 IMPORT FEE! I paid $63, for some catnip, lavender, rose petals, jasmine, some candles and some incense.
