Huge store in willowbrook mall. They were having an incredible sale of $4.95 for products that usually go for $13-$17 dollars. It was so crowded that there was a line to get in. Staff were doing a fantastic job of keeping things in order. Checkout had long lines but was moving pretty quickly. Store had excellent inventory of both men and women products. Christmas collection of hand soaps were delightful. Big fan of their foam hand soaps, men's facial wash and body lotion. We like their tiny hand sanitizers too. read more

I was warmly greeted when walking in. The store always smells clean and welcoming. Seeing the new labels and scents is always entertaining. Picked up 5 new room sprays on sale and used a couple of coupons for body sprays and hand sanitizer. You can double up on coupons from a mailer. Fall candles and wall diffusers are available now and there's some really cute styles. Definitely get the app for the sign up bonus and keep an eye out for sales on your favorite scents. read more

Always have been going to the branch in Willow Brook Mall in Wayne NJ- lower ground floor (coz there's another bath & body on the second floor). But since pandemic have always ordered online. Recently went to this mall and of course had to go in to check out bath &body - lower ground floor. Went around and check out the goodies. the hand soaps are 5/$27 on most displays. There's one table with new hand soap, new like I thought it's a lotion. I didn't see the sign about 5/$27 and i was thinking its new. So unsure, need to ask. I stumbled on a middle aged blonde with ponytail lady with bath and body apron, so I asked her. We're like a few meters away from the table- display. I asked "how much are those hand soaps? " Pointing towards the table. She replied, "which one?" I said, "those new ones" And again, she said with her eyes looking at me from head to foot, " there's a lot of items there, which one? " I'm like, ok. So, i went to the table and said pointing, these ones... She replied to me... "it says there 5/$27" pointing on the corner of that table. - sarcastically talking. OMG, i replied to her, " i didn't see the sign and i don't know that that's why I'm asking." Left her, irritated and angry. I went on to shop and pay my stuff, asked the name of the blonde woman, the cashier said, LAURA is the name of the blonde and she is the manager of that branch. What happened to the customer service of Bath & Body????!!!! *** They used to be warm and very accommodating, friendly, nice there. read more

I love this store BUT the Buy Online and Pick Up In Store is useless at BBW Willowbrook. When u order online at the Wayne Hamburg Turnpike BBW the order is done within 4-5 hours. So when I ordered from this store I was surprised to be waiting longer than 2 days for my order to be prepared. I called the store and they explained that they were backed up by 50 orders and they only have ONE person working on online orders and that person also has to work the cash register as well. This store gets super busy in person, so it's only correct to assume that the ONE person who does online orders can't do them because they are busy all day on the cash register. By the time they get to my order I'm positive that everything I ordered will be sold out and they will have to refund me for what they could not provide. I'm basically waiting to be told the order couldn't be completed due to the items selling out. Don't waste your time placing an online order at this store! Order from the Hamburg Turnpike bath and body works or just go in person. read more

They have great body-wash for men. I'll admit that I buy candles and wall fragrances here too. No one likes a smelly apartment. They have a lot of sales here and the sales people are always helpful especially Maddie who got me out of a long line at Christmas and is always very helpful. read more

I loveee bath and body works with a passion! Just the secents alone in the store make me want to keep coming back. The selection is usually great unless theirs a big sale going on like the huge candle sale they have before the holidays. At that time the 3 wick candles are only 10 DOLLARS! Originally they are 24.95 so that's the time to stock up. The prices can get pricey but theirs usually a sale going on or coupons you can find online. My favorite scents are Champagne Toast, Rose Water and Ivy and a Thousand Wishes. Also my favorite candles are the Winter Candle, Rose Water and Ivy, and my Eucalyptus and Tea Candle. Their lotions and body wash have great and long lasting scents. Their body sprays are also awesome but the scent doesn't last as long as the lotions do. Can't forget the hand sanitizer, alottt of scents 10/10 read more

I came to pick up an order for a friend where I was greeted with friendly service. The associate also asked me what I needed help with & when I told her what I was there for she pointed where I needed to go. Once I went to the register the lady there then walked me back to a spot in the middle of the store & called someone else to help me. When that associate came she told her to help me & then went to walk away. Then I was told that I had to come back to the register for them to help me. I understand work can be stressful & you want to have a work environment where it's fun but at the same time there needs to be better communication & the customer shouldn't have to be affected by it. As I was about to walk back to the register another associated told me he would come to me. He went to the back & got my things. He was polite & I left. read more

Immediately upon working into the store I was approached by a sales associate who informed me of the currently sales they were having. The staff was very polite and helpful. I was so happy I stopped in today because my favorite lotion was on sale. The store was very clean and organized. Love this store but Gial if that's her name was so rude . She snatched a product out of my hand and told me there is a seal on them for a reason , which i didn't break off in the first place. She didn't bother to ask me if i found the air freshener that way or not when i was smelling the product. I told her the seal was broken which is why i was smelling it, she snatched it and walked away rolling her eyes. She should work on her customer service. read more
