I was ready to walk up to the checkout and the sales associate said the line is on the other side, but there isn't anyone there so I could just walk up. When I did at that moment a woman walked up in the regular line at the same time!! The young lady with dark hair behind the register said "you cut the line" when I DID NO SUCH THING! The other associate literally told me to go right up. I did nothing wrong but yet she made me feel horrible. I will never step foot in your place again. She obviously lacks social skills. I only went in this over merchandising cluster crap store for my daughter. Glad my generation doesn't fall for this overpriced trash. read more

Spoke with the store manager and DM last year who assured me that store would be wheelchair accessible (they put displays in all of the aisles where people walk) my daughters wheelchair is small (18" wide) and we cannot shop at this store, the area to walk in is smaller than 18". Manager kept asking me "you can't get by? " while walking with me around store (like I was making it up), I took photos to verify everything, after the third time of her asking me "you can't get by?" I said why are you looking at me like I'm crazy, no, we cannot get down most aisles, then she had the nerve to tell me I offended her because I said she looked at me like I was crazy! She repeated it 4 times. I told her my daughter was the one offended for not being able to shop here. Perfect example of them not caring at all. About people with disabilities! Her claiming to be offended, what a joke, Terrible attitude all around. The 3 staff and security officer looked at me the whole time with no offer to help, just like we were complaining. Last time I checked there are ADA laws that require aisles to be big enough for people to get by. Awful company. read more

this is my first time coming to this ulta and at first it seemed really quiet and everything was organized which was nice. me and my sister were smelling perfumes and there was a security guard there watching us, which is expected. i had a lipgloss in my hand the whole time and when me and my sister went into different aisles he followed us there and stared us down. we were there for about 30 mins going in and out of all the aisles looking around and he just followed us the whole time and kept staring which was very uncomfortable. like at that point i just wanted to leave the stuff we picked up and get out of there because he was following us everywhere. and there were other people in the store but he only had his eyes locked on us which was annoying. most likely never coming back here. read more

Unfortunately my daughter and I had a horrible experience with Elena. We felt discriminated against when her actions and treatment made us feel as if we could not afford Ultra products.. We were obviously being judged by her. Elena completely ruined my daughter's day with her cruel treatment. Sadly Elena has no idea how her behaviour severely affected my daughter after the incident and when we got home. We spent several hours trying to console her. This is my favorite Ulta to go to hands down. They always have the products that I want and it is very clean. The staff is also friendly and they are always ready to help you. They are following COVID guidelines and have arrows on the floor to guide their customers on where to walk. Came in on their soft launch opening. What a beautiful store. I have never seen a better Ulta Beauty! I am so happy this one is finally opened. It's right by my job so now I have a place to live at for lunch!! Walked in and greeted by the lovely workers. They all have a smile and are there to help you. I walked around the store browsing each isle and every so often someone asked if I needed help. How lovely. I asked a worker for opinions on concealer shades that I applied to my eye. She helped me out by pointing me to the right color which had the right tone for me. So service is amazing. The check out process was fast, easy, and painless. This Ulta carries Becca !! I do not remember seeing Becca at other Ulta stores which is amazing ! Also they carry the new stuff that I have been wanting! For example: Laura Geller came out with a Easy Illuminating Stick in three different shades. I had to pick up the Gilded Honey. Oh man it's amazing. Also they had all of the Anastasia Beverly Hills lip glosses and matte lips, I snatched a Kathryn. A nice dark rosey pink color. The taste shape tape contour concealer that everyone is raving about. I grabbed the color tan. They didn't have medium but I think tan looked good on me. And lastly, the Carli bybel bhcosmetics eyeshadow and highlight palette. I'm happy that this location is closer to my house than the Clifton one. It's also very dangerous because I can easily spend $100+ in here in 15 minutes. There always seems to be a long line of customers waiting at the check out with only one or two cashiers working. The line can be confusing because there is very little place to stand without blocking the NYX or sample section. It's also frustrating that whenever I get a coupon for a free sample, this location seems to not have it in yet. All in all, it's still Ulta and you will get the same assortment of products here that you would at any location. read more

This is the Ulta that I regularly shop at. For the most part, I can find everything I'm looking for in this store. They recently expanded their Morphe display which is great. The only items that aren't really in stock are the hot new pallettes. The whole store is organized nicely, and the sale items are always located in front with a lot of stock. There is a salon at the back. There's also always a lot of staff on the floor that answers my questions and helps me with whatever I need. The line can get long, but it usually goes pretty fast. I'm hoping soon they start to carry the ColourPop line. read more

I came in here today about 20-30 minutes ago to buy some things I need. As well as to just to look around for any makeup I might want, because for anyone who know me, knows I love makeup. Well from the moment I came in I was followed around the WHOLE store the entire time by the black lady security guard, and I really don't know why she would in the first place. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever. It has never happened to me before, and on top of that to make her self known, she bumped into me and continued to follow throughout my time there. She wasn't even trying to be secretive about it. It was just a sad, extremely uncomfortable experience for me when I've been here multiple time before. I've been coming to this location since it has opened but this past visit will be my last. So here's what happened. I walked in with my boyfriend and grabbed a shopping bag and began wandering the store for a bit of a stressful month let me reward myself shopping spree and began to notice the security guard would pop up in every section we would move onto. I understand a healthy amount of suspicion but every single aisle I went down she (security guard) would be standing at the end of it. I don't understand why she suspected us to the extent of following us from aisle to aisle. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I legit felt like a criminal for shopping? I just wanted to put everything back and leave. But alas I spent the $200 plus on make up. I guess a young Asian couple can't move around the place without being suspected of stealing huh. Sad. I really like this location too, pretty organized and neat but not worth being followed around from aisle to aisle. Matter of fact I picked up a small single eyeshadow and boom the security guard stood right next to me until I placed it back onto the display. Abigail cut my hair last night and did a wonderful job! I went in because my curls have not been as bouncy and wanted to cut off any extra weight. Abigail gave me tips on how to keep my curly hair healthy so I can achieve my curl goals. She did a deep conditioning and blew my hair out flawlessly. My scalp usually gets burned when I get my hair blown out but not with Abigail! I left Ulta feeling confident and beautiful. Abigail and the other ladies at the salon were kind and professional. This is a shame that people are getting their rewards taken away in a pandemic that had stores closed and some people are not comfortable shopping online. What a way to make a customer who has probably spent over $5,000 in the past few years feel valued. This is a DISGRACEFUL thing to do to people in general BUT especially now. Love it here. Huge, brightly lit. Much more affordable than sephora. It's a little overwhelming for someone like me who doesn't know makeup/hair/skin care products but the staff makes themselves available for help if needed. In the past 7 years, I have lived in 3 different states. I have shopped at Ulta in each and every one of them. I know the policies, promotion rules, and exchange/return rules. Also, I know how I should be treated as a customer. With that, this location, specifically the manager SUCKS. She is rude, condescending, and curt. First interaction- I spent a hefty amount of money in one visit. One of my purchases offered a free gift. Do I need the gift? No. However, the sales associate rang it up but never put it in my bag. As soon as I got Home and opened the bag and noticed, I called. The manager told me she would have to look at the camera. Excuse me, what? You need to look at the camera? You see the money I've spent in my history at ulta, and you imply there may be the chance that I'm trying to rip you off over a free gift. Ok, fine.
