We recently had our pink, worn-out bathtub and full tile surround refinished by Bath-Brite, and we're really happy with how everything turned out. I first reached out with a bunch of questions and Cody was super responsive and let me know the cost breakdown upfront. They were by far the most affordable quote we received, and I appreciated that they didn't pressure us into unnecessary extras. We removed the existing fixtures ourselves and cleaning off most of the rust around the old fittings, but they said they'd be able to clean whatever we missed. Day of, our tech showed up right on time, scoped out the job, walked us through what to expect, and quoted around 5 hours to complete. He actually finished in about 3.5 hours. He was extremely careful with prep, taped off everything, protected the area well, and left our bathroom really clean. It was clear that he took pride in keeping things neat and tidy. Our tub and tile surround look like a completely different bathroom. Smooth, glossy, and super clean. We had him patch up some anchor holes that we had in the tile, and you can't even tell that there used to be holes in the tile before. The only reason why I'm taking off one star because the bottom of the tub finish wasn't perfectly smooth. It had some sharp-ish bumps that we ended up carefully buffing down ourselves so that we don't hurt our feet when we use the tub. read more

Instant bathroom upgrade! I'm saving for two bathroom remodels but wanted to bring my bathrooms into this decade to hold me over a few years while I save. I opted to do the bathrooms a week a part even though it wasn't necessary but thought it would be best to let it cure for an extra day. **Adrian** did a fantastic job in my master shower. For the second bathroom, I did have an issue with the lack of prep work by the second installer. I told the installer immediately and was given a bunch of excuses. I got a house that was in horrible disrepair. I had two blue sinks that had years of water deposits and one had a crack in it. I did not know if they could be fixed but because the tile was laid over the sinks I did not want the expense of tearing everything up. There is also an old tub that had rust that wouldn't come off.
