I am writing this review just short of a full year since our use of TubPros, for a reason... I wanted to see how the final product stood up to a little time. We have a 40+ year old house and the master bathroom shower was the original. It was looking pretty shitty, stained big time with a few chips popping up. It was time for me to get this thing replaced, for mostly my wife's sanity (and because I love her). To replaced this old insert was going to cost thousands! I found TubPros and read what they do, re-glazing old showers, bathtubs and sinks. I ran it by my wife and she told me she would be okay with it as long as the shower doors could be removed. She did not like the look of these 40+ year old sliding glass doors (they were hard water stained to no end) and I can't blame her. She wanted a shower curtain instead. I spoke to Ryan and sent him photos and what I was looking at having get done: re-glazed and the shower doors removed. He stated the shower doors could be removed easily, rail holes patched up and the glazing would make it look like it was never there. Presented the cost, hired his company and scheduled the appointment for the following week. Once completed we were very impressed and satisfied. You can't tell that there used to be shower doors and the insert looks brand new to this day. I am posting some photos; swallowing my pride to show you how the nasty looking shower looked before (I can't believe we let it go that long), soon after being re-glazed and how it looks this very day (11+ months later). Our condo is almost ready to rent again and we wanted to upgrade both bathtubs (fiberglass). As I was searching to replace the tubs completely someone advised us to get the tubs reglazed instead. I looked at a few company's and Ryan from TubPros replied right away. Of course I checked out his reviews and despite only having a few reviews they were all 5 stars, which intrigued me. I asked lots of questions and Ryan appeared very knowledgeable and quoted me a price (without pictures of existing tubs) and offered a discount if I decided to have both tubs with enclosures completed together. Other companies wanted pictures first which was inconvenient since I'm not in the condo. I'm glad Ryan trusts his ability to deliver quality work! I was concerned about a possible lingering odor, but we went into the unit 24 hours later and didn't smell anything. The job cost $710 (with the multi unit discount), which was a steal! Very poor service. I scheduled services with them through Ryan twice and was told the day before each day of service that a tech would arrive in the morning by 10am. No one showed up either time. The first time they mentioned the tech called out sick one hour before the tech was to arrive and I would need to reschedule, which I did. For the second scheduled visit, no one had arrived so I reached out to them after 10am and they said the tech woke up late and would not be able to assist. The resolution they gave me was to reschedule for a third time and hopefully someone would be available to service our tub or we could go with another company. If their techs aren't reliable enough to show up to work, we didn't trust them working on our home, so we ultimately decided to go with another company. It was a frustrating and inconvenient experience trying to work with them. read more

We had a small shower floor that needed some love and got a quote from Tub Pros. All the communication from the office was good and the scheduling was easy. This property is an air bnb so I told them that scheduling was very very important. The techs did not show us on time and no one called. I had to reach out to the office to figure out when they were coming so I could shift the schedule of other maintenance and cleaning of our air bnb. When the techs showed up I pointed out to them the bad caulking lines and a few other imperfections . They assured me that "everything would look great" I told them if we needed to pay any extra money to make the caulking better just to let me know and we could approve we just wanted a really good job. The techs were at the house for only about an hour then they packed up and left. They did not fix the imperfections in bottom of shower nor did they fix the caulking as they said they would. Also, I'm the corners they did a bad masking job and got overspray all over the tile. I told the office about my concerns and they sent another tech out who fixed one line of the caulking and the overspray but he didn't fix the other 2 sides of caulking or any of the pin holes or issues w bottom of shower. The office said that the only way to fix this would be to completely re spray it They discounted our bill by 75$ and dais dues they made a mistake and the techs were in a rush to get home bc of traffic I think they should've come out and just redone our bath Still to this day there is overspray and at least 20 pin holes on the ground The caulking also still is not nice as I was promised read more

When I reached out to the owner for a quote and go over the job that needed to be done I was able to get a hold of him easily. After listening to me describe our situation a very fair price was quoted over the phone with the caveat that if our fiberglass shower pan was damaged the price would go up if repairs were needed. Since the color was an off white I sent a couple of photos to find out if it was a shade they had in stock. When our tech, Erik showed up on the day he got straight to work. He took the time to explain he was going to mix two colors to get a close match and he was careful to remove our handheld shower and tape some heavy, absorbent paper to the shower pipe so it would not drip on the fresh finish. The tile, glass and floor outside the shower were masked off really well and he applied multiple coats of finish. He had removed all the masking and cleaned up, start to finish in under 2 hours. We kept the windows open all day because it has a really strong odor until it dries. The results were great! I'm posting photos of before and after because they really know what they are doing and I would recommend them based on the job they did at our house. read more
