So far, the experience with Bath Fitter has been phenomenal. I am still in the shopping and getting estimates phase. The consultant that came to my house was exceptional. His name was Ron M. No pressure, no bullshit and no games. Then we met Kenton at the showroom and he was also helpful, knowledgeable and easy going. I do wish they had more displays in their office/showroom as the visuals were very limited. So, this review is for the pre purchase part of this job and I will update it if we opt to have Bath Fitter do our shower. But, thus far, the process has been smooth and they have not harassed me by phone or email. I prefer to be given the information then left alone to make my decision. High pressure sales tactics don't work on me. They do, however, make me look where quite quickly. read more

Salesman came out gave a good presentation of the product and how superior they were to the competition. What they didn't tell us is when you sign the contract they disappear. We signed the contract on 11/13 and could not reach the salesman for the life of us. We called only to get the message that the voicemail was full (trouble). So we decided to cancel the contract in the allotted 3 days only to get the same voicemail full message. So we called corporate to cancel the contract and they said they would call them, so they put us on hold only to return to say they they could not reach them and only got the voicemail message was full. So we drove to the office off of Hampton only to find the doors locked, with no one inside. So on 11/16 I will go in person to see if I can catch someone to cancel the contract, wish me luck! Salesman said someone would be contacting us to schedule, on the 14th called about the schedule date got voicemail, left a message to call us back. Nothing no one called back. On the 15th. Voicemail full, continued to call voicemail mail full. Well when someone got your money and you can't reach them, not good. While driving to your office off Hampden 11/15, called corporate, they called while we were on the way, they couldn't reach anyone! We got to the office and nobody was there in the office. So should I just hope for the best? After 3 days can't cancel contact, you say it's too late. Reached out to the salesman and my email came back his email box was full. Finally the salesman responded, I know why, and we were able to cancel. So constant contact no! My point, just be honest!!!! read more

Ben H. was prompt (actually early) and busted his tail all day to refinish our bathroom for us. Pretty unbelievable that this happened in about 10 hours. Our old tub was in shambles and Rick (the consultant) set us up for what is now the perfect little oasis for our family. They were able to schedule our custom tub install just four weeks from our initial consultation. Install was done in one day with a respect for social distancing in these weird times. We are so happy with the way it turned out. While we may have paid a little more than we initially thought we would going in to this remodel, this is something we know we won't have to worry about and are head over heels for it. The estimator designed the shower enclosure to be larger than the shower pan. It looks terrible. I should not have assumed he had any expertise in designing showers. I guess I should have taken all of the measurements myself and drew him a picture. The only remedy that they offered was to cut back the enclosure and leave me with the cost of repairing the wall and paint damage. I also had them do the bathtub liner and enclosure. The trim that they put up does not match and looks awful. I'm living with $11,780 in mistakes! read more

I hired Bath Fitter to install a new tub in my basement bathroom. The original tub, tile surround and faucet was old and in bad shape. Not wanting to completely gut the bathroom and have construction going on for days/weeks, the Bath Fitter option was right for me. My installation was 3 days ago. I found Bath Fitter to be an excellent company to provide a shower install in my home. The sales rep was polite, thorough, and Covid-careful in presenting the wide variety of options that are available in their inventory of all the facets that provide a shower of comfort and safety. The installer, Joseph, was not only on time but earlier than we were told to expect him. His work was top notch and provided with great care. Joseph was also Covid careful in my home. It was clear to me that he loves his job. He finished the installation around the time he said he would, indicating to me that he knew his stuff regarding these installations. I did not give five stars because the office scheduler seemed harried, confused, and did not provide me with a confirmation of my install date I had to pursue the scheduler with several phone calls to retrieve that confirmation and on the day prior to my installation I discovered that she had left the office for the day (around 2pm when I finally called) and someone else had to check her calendar to see if I was scheduled for the next day. read more

I did not want to dump thousands into a new basement shower/bath. It looked awful how it was, but we wanted something more. We first looked at the prefab sets at Home Depot and didn't want that. We then visited the Denver Home Show a few years ago and met multiple companies who basically pasted over your old bath with a new one. We latched on to Bath Fitter, as they seemed to be the most impressive in person. They provided a quote, scheduled the work and completed the job. The cost was more than I expected, BUT, when they came out, they removed the old shower tile, removed the old drywall it was attached to and put up high quality drywall for the shower before installing their "Bath Fitter" product. No additional cost. It really is still - 5 years later - very impressive, easy to clean and looks as good as the day it was installed. One seam opened a couple years later, and they promptly sent an installer out to make the repair. I would not hesitate using this company again. For me, it's not something I would use for a master bath, but for a basement or a kids bathroom? A no brainer. read more

The best part of the whole experience was the salesman! He was very competent & knowledgeable. He seemed to know the business inside & out, giving us confidence that we'd chosen the right company to replace the shower. Unfortunately, that was not the case! The guy that did the demo was in a hurry to get done as there was a storm coming & he was anxious to get on the road. He didn't haul away the old glass.( More about that later) The next issue was that the shell was installed but we waited for the glass door & half wall. When weeks went by, called Bathfitters, oops, glass was never ordered! They had to come out to measure. A different installer came out & there was attitude because there were 3 flights of stairs & the previous installer hadn't completed his part of the job. He was reminded to take away the old glass but forgot. They were called at least 3 times to come pick up the glass that we had set out by the garage for their convenience. Not 2 months later, we had to call regarding the shelf tower that was pulling away from the wall & needed to be caulked. This person was the nicest & most helpful of all. We arranged for the final payment to be made after completion of the job with the original salesman, and then they called us a month or 2 after completion to say they hadn't received it. A credit card was provided. And here they are calling again today for final payment! A very inept group of people! read more

We had many attractive finish options to choose from and work could be done in one day, so we chose Bath Fitter. We were called and emailed to setup and confirm the install date(s). On the dates of install, Joe G showed up right on time. He went over what was to be installed, surveyed the job site, and got right to work. Joe and his co-worker George were super sensitive to our floors, laying tarps everywhere they would walk when carrying tools and parts in and out of the house. They gave us periodic updates, invited us to inspect and ask questions. In fact after the first job of converting our tub/shower to tub/shower, we requested him for our shower conversion because we were so happy with his work. He was respective of our home and questions. They truly do finish in one day, with the exception of the shower conversion which had to be completed in 2 visits due to measuring properly for shower glass and door. BUYER BEWARE! This company was hired to install a new bathtub in the condo above my grandma. They didn't caulk the new tub well enough and the first time it was used, it flooded her bathroom. The owners of the condo above her sent them out to out to fix her damaged ceiling. Mickey is the one who came out and basically told my 87 year old grandma that there was little damage done and all she needed to do was add a little dry wall repair and paint. My grandma did nothing wrong, why does she have to fix it? We then got Mickey's boss, Mike involved. He agreed to fix the drywall they ruined but said that they would only paint over what they fixed and that they didn't have to match the paint to what she originally had unless we wanted to go get the paint ourselves. I asked him not to worry about matching the pain and to just paint the ceiling all white. Just make it all one color, don't even worry about the walls. Mike flat out told me on the phone "we do not have to fix this, our contract doesn't hold us accountable for this work but we do want to make it right, however when does it end because now you want us to paint the entire bathroom ceiling". Basically he didn't want to make his guy paint the ceiling on this tiny bathroom and just wanted them to only paint their patches. How is that making her whole again? They obviously don't want to make it right and could care less about customer service. All of this over about an hours worth of work and less than $50 in material. I hope that shows any future customers of theirs how much they stand behind their work! read more

I wouldn't even give this company one star for customer service. After signing up to purchase a refit for my shower, I had to wait 6 weeks for installation. So the guy comes out and installs and is very concerned where I am going to place the grab bar and the soap dish. His glue or adhesive stinks a lot and does so for 2 days even tho the fan is on. Can't use the shower for 48 hours. After that time I use the shower and find out that the shower head is too high and the water hits me in the face. (He never checked or asked about that point even tho I had a longer pipe on my original shower head which he had removed) I called the office that same morning and was told I had to talk to Renee who was on the phone. I left my number and problem but did not get a return call. After an hour or more I called back and Renee was able to take my call. Even after I gave my name twice, she had me mixed up with 2 other people. Long story short is that if I want a longer pipe it's going to cost another $89. this is after paying $4,118 for the original work. I think this is something they should have noticed when they were here and asked me about. Ocviously, I won't be recommending them to anyone. Very dissatisfied. read more
