I immediately called customer service to report the missing package. I was told a ticket would be opened, that it would take 5-7 days for a response, and that I would receive an email update. Days later, I called back because I never received any email following up. The representative informed me very casually that my ticket had been closed because Target "determined" I did receive my package. They also told me Target is not responsible for porch pirates and that if my package was stolen, it's my problem. I spent $150, and their attitude was basically "too bad." To make matters worse, I asked them to update my phone number because they kept sending verification links to my old number. The rep told me they "can't help with that" and that I needed to fix it myself in the app. I already updated it over a month ago, and it still isn't fixed. They refused to assist. With porch theft happening everywhere, it's unbelievable that Target puts the blame on the customer instead of standing behind their deliveries. I now understand why so many people are boycotting Target. I paid for an item I never received, got zero support, and was basically told it's my loss. Absolutely unacceptable.

There were not a lot of selection however they ones I needed were there. This store was large, it had a fun food department that reminded me of a high end grocery store. The layout was pretty nice. The service at checkout was subpar. I asked about the military discount and the sales associated didn't know if Target I Google'd it and the Military discount is associated to your Target account. Veteran's make sure to get verified through the account management page on the app and your discount will automatically be applied. You're welcome.

The shop is a gardener's paradise with yet another unexpected find around each corner. There's also a huge outdoor yard with larger containers and fountains. A handy private parking lot is also available. There are even birdhouses and puzzles plus a limited selection of plants and gift items. This is not a nursery, but a place to find quality decorative items beyond the scope of the typical garden center. Well worth a trip.

I recently purchased three items in this store a few minutes before they were closing (a brand-new ottoman, metal vertical locker, and metal basket). The employee, seemed to be in a hurry, but still kindly offered to load the items in my car. I told him I was concerned about all of the items fitting in my car in one load and he insisted it would be fine. While I was moving items in my backseat to my trunk to make room, he loaded my car. I have attached photos showing how he loaded the items. The fabric underneath the Ottoman was torn and the legs were scratched up. In addition, the tint on my windows was damaged. I called the store the next day and explained the situation to Jan and Jan said that they guarantee the loading of items and that she would either refund me the money or order another brand-new ottoman, but I had to email the photos to the manager, Kim. Kimberly responded and was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that since I cannot prove that the damage was done by the employee loading my car, they weren't going to do anything. All of my photos were time stamped and taken in their parking lot. I could not go back inside the store to talk to them, because they were already closed. I am in honest and fair person and I am so disappointed in the service I received. If you buy anything here, do not let them load your car. Also, they have a final sale policy on everything, but they don't tell you that. It is printed on your receipt AFTER you've already purchased the items. Their rebuttal to my credit card company was simply that I signed the credit card receipt. Legally, that's all they had to do.

I tried to negotiate a moderately priced item and because I wouldn't sign their form immediately the woman at the desk called back her "appraiser" and wouldn't even look at the art item. Apparently this type of item is too high price for this store and they would keep 50% no matter what so I was happy to leave. I'll never go back to that place. The stores quality is about as good as a front door stickers look....CHEAP.
