I just turned 27 so traditional braces were absolutely not (purely for vanity reasons) an option for me. The consultation was extremely thorough, his staff extremely helpful and friendly. I wanted to get a second opinion on their recommended patient plan so I had them speak to a family friend who was also my hometown dentist. Dr. Tisseront was more than happy to take the time to call my friend after office hours and spend more than an hour explaining his recommendation. I have been wearing harmony braces (hidden behind your teeth) for three months now and everyone is amazed at how quickly my teeth have moved. I already have a beautiful smile! When all is said and done I will have spent upwards of 10K (they have a very reasonable payment plan) but I don't think I would trust anyone else with my teeth at this point and feel like this was a truly an investment well made.

Also, they give advice like "you should take nail clippers and cut poke-y wires yourself." Are you kidding me?!? Why am I paying for orthodontic care if I'm trying to jam a nail clipper into my kid's mouth?! Unreal. Maybe choose this practice if you're only doing Invisalign? I'm not sure they were the right choice for us, given all of this, and we've heard of other families making different decisions based on easier before/after school office hours. I've been coming to this office for three years now. During the three years, they've redone three…read moreold crowns, pulled one tooth to replace it with an implant and fixed a lot of cavities (what can I say, I brush, but I inherited very weak teeth from my mom's side, sigh...) Dr. Dang and two other dentists have worked on my teeth. All of them have been great. Dr. Dang was VERY skilled at the tooth extraction I had done last year - was done in something like 5 minutes, very painless, and the implant looks great! The new crowns also look very good. Last week, I had a 20 year old crown finally come off and they were able to fit me in right away and give me a temp crown while I was waiting for the new one. I'm traveling for a week, so booked the follow up fitting of the new crown three weeks out. Because I have an unusual bite, a couple days after my appointment, the temp crown broke on one corner. They fit me in last minute today to fix it. I was so pleased to find out that they did a rush order on my new crown and it was already ready for me - 2.5 weeks before I was expecting it! They said they knew I was traveling so rush ordered it so I could get it before my trip. Wow, thank you so much! I still have a ton of dental work to do and have seen many dentists over the year, and am glad to have a place that is looking out for me. Highly recommend!

Upon arriving there, the front desk individual didn't even bother looking at my account and made me sign all the paperwork that I already did ahead of time. I didn't want to argue with her and make a bad impression for my first visit, so I just redid them all - just for her to look at my account after I handed her the papers and say, "Oh! Somebody wrote a note here saying you already did it!" I got pulled to the back by an assistant (?), she never introduced herself or what role she did. She did a fantastic job with the x-rays and cleaning though! A lady named Kim walked in next, no clue what her role was either. She spoke to me about cleaning and flossing as if I were a 5 year old child. I'm a petite woman who is on the younger side, but cmon. As someone who's worked in healthcare for over 5 years, this was the worst bedside manner I've ever seen and experienced in my life. Dr. Nguyen was the next person in the room and spoke about 5 words to me then left. I am interested in doing Invisalign but they do consultations only on Wednesdays and Fridays with the last appointment being at 4pm. Nothing on Saturdays. That's difficulty for someone who works an 8-5 job and cannot get off. Overall, I was unimpressed with this visit and will be debating with coming back.

This office has clearly gone downhill and feels like a completely different place compared to what you would expect from a professional dental practice. The level of care, professionalism, and basic patient respect was unacceptable. My son came in with a painful tooth, and instead of examining him, the staff immediately questioned us and brought in multiple people, including the office manager and the dentist, Jackie. The situation felt confrontational from the start. The dentist Jackie refused to even look at my son's tooth and pointed out the time (4:45 PM) as if that justified not providing care. At no point did she perform a proper examination, which is the bare minimum at any dental visit--especially when a child is in pain. She also gave incorrect information about which tooth was affected, identifying it as tooth #20. We later determined ourselves that the issue was actually between teeth #17 and #18. This lack of attention and accuracy is extremely concerning. When I asked for help and clarification, the response was defensive and dismissive. I requested my son's dental records and instead felt rushed out, as if we were being escorted out rather than helped. The entire atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable, with multiple staff members surrounding us instead of focusing on patient care. For a pediatric dental setting, this is completely unacceptable. There is only one pediatric dentist at this office, and based on our experience, I would not trust them with my child's care. If your child is in pain and needs proper attention, do not come here. Go somewhere else where your child will actually be examined and treated with care and respect.

I initially had braces for more than five years, diligently following all instructions. Yet even after all that time, my teeth were still not properly aligned. On the recommendation of my prosthodontist -- due to concerns about the long-term effects of wearing braces -- I transitioned to Invisalign. Unfortunately, my experience with Invisalign at this clinic has been disappointing. While trying to correct the alignment of my canine, one of my front teeth began to rotate. When I brought this up, the orthodontist casually suggested shaving down the longer tooth to "match" them -- without considering the aesthetic impact of altering a front tooth. Only after my prosthodontist intervened did they agree to order a new set of trays. The issues didn't end there. I had to wait over a month between tray sets, and when the new trays finally arrived, they were printed incorrectly. Instead of acknowledging the error, the doctor attempted to "fix" them by punching holes in the trays -- a solution that looked very unprofessional. After I voiced my concerns, they finally agreed to reorder them, but I ended up waiting nearly two months. When the trays arrived, they were missing attachments -- which are essential for moving teeth. I was told this was done because I'm "too picky about aesthetics," which was their excuse to cover up their mistake. Eventually, another doctor stepped in and helped fix the incorrectly made trays. But after all the waiting, I was told to wear the old ones again -- which felt like a complete waste of time. The staff members are kind, but in my honest opinion, the quality of orthodontic care at this clinic is lacking. I recommend seeking treatment elsewhere. Even after many years, my teeth are still not straight, my bite is still off. They may be nice people, but I wouldn't trust them for orthodontic care or Invisalign.
