Not only did he get them all completed in record time, but when we told him that we have been out of the kitchen with special dietary needs for about 2 weeks, he took it upon himself to deliver the kitchen items in less than 3 days even though he had to come in a couple of times to do the template due to a mistake done by the cabinet fabricator. He and his team worked for over 7 hrs installing everything to our absolute satisfaction. He wrestled with the farmhouse sink for about an hr and flush mounted it - it looks like a work of art. (Photos coming after we finish the kitchen) We are thankful for Carlos and his team, he helped us get the kitchen become functional 10 days ahead of plan. He is the best home service businessman I have come across in my 20 years of owning homes. His dedication, customer service and thoroughness on the work has no parallels. I've taken a few days to submit my review on AZ Shed Movers because I have some mixed feelings…read more First, the receptionist, Lucy, is very sweet and does her best. However, the owner Kyron Koehn appears to be so busy as to be totally unresponsive. He doesn't even seem to get back to his own receptionist, yet he apparently is the only one who can analyze the job and decide on a price quote. I reached out to them on Oct. 28, 2024 and it took until Nov. 13th to finally get a quote. At that point they scheduled me (for an additional expedited fee of $200) for Nov. 20th between 8-11am....They never showed up and never called....When I finally spoke to Lucy, she had to call her boss to find out what happened. Apparently, the truck they were going to bring was in the shop! Lucy was as frustrated as me, but rescheduled me for Dec. 3rd. Now...Brent showed up on time and did an absolutely AMAZING job. He was really nice and even though the job was challenging, he thought through every movement and blew my mind with his skills with the tools he used. The job was to lift my 10x10 Tuff shed up about 6 inches and move it about 20 feet and turn it 90 degrees. But it was TIGHT! I was super impressed. It took about 1.5 hours, but well worth it. In the end I was not charged the extra $200 fee (duh). The bottom line is that this is the only company I was able to find in AZ that was able and willing to do this job. In other words, they seem to be "the only game in town". That said, I highly recommend them, but only if you have a lot of time before you need the job done. And you need to put your Patience Hat on! That's why they lost one star from me, but I would hire them again.

There was only 1 email communication prior to the build, they called morning of and were at my front door. I ordered an 8x10 shed, I was priced out for an 8x10 shed, they built me an 8 x 6 shed and wanted to charge me the price for the 8x10. Jeremy came to the site and informed the builders to take down what was already being built, he refused to negotiate or take responsibility for the size of the shed or the price and walked away. Quality shed never followed up with me to rectify the situation. We were paying cash for the build and appears he doesn't want our business. Truly disappointed in his lack of business etiquette. We found another local company that comes in person to asses the build site and we are getting a bigger shed and for CHEAPER!

We hired Marina through our contractor to do the detailed design work for a major remodel of our…read morekitchen, family room, dining room and living room. We took out a few walls to totally open up the space and bring the house into the 21st century. Marina is not a designer that just comes in with color and furniture ideas and makes recommendations. Very detailed in all aspects of the construction work from drawing up blueprints, getting all the necessary city and county approvals and of course her own ideas from design to granite, light fixtures, appliances and of course colors and other ideas. I was a little hesitant at first with some of her ideas as they were a little outside of my box of thinking. However, once I saw the stone wall up that she recommended all my doubts disappeared and we went with most everything she suggested. Bottom line is we could not be happier with the way the project turned out. The design is perfect. Not a single thing we would change now that we are 6 months after completion. Our contractor, Shad Hellmendollar was also excellent and the two of them worked very well together. At first I thought she was on the expensive side, and she is, but when you consider the quality of work, all the detailed drawings, getting approvals, calling in structural engineers to assist, then I would have to say we got more that our money's worth.
