When I arrived, I noticed how open the space was and was greeted by Libby, who apologized for the ongoing construction going on. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal at all, but I really appreciated how thoughtful and considerate she was. Libby was incredibly kind, sweet, and so easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, and Libby did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. They have great color options as well and do nail art, etc for those looking to take things to a different level :) My 1 piece of constructive criticism is that they don't do a foot or hand massage which was pretty annoying and surprising to me.
