We had purchased mouse traps and sticky pads that just were not working in a timely manner from the store. Unfortunately, after the second year it began to go downhill. We were being billed for appointments that never happened; sent fraudulent invoices for services that were not performed. We initially thought that maybe it was a mistake due to employee changes etc. We reached out to the company several times to report these findings and we're always told that we'd be contacted by management and not to worry, the concerns would be rectified. Unfortunately, that was not the case. 4 years wasted money. Now left searching for a new company...
