She takes a special interest in knowing a bit about the person for whom the flowers are to be gifted, and helps identify wonderful flowers they will enjoy. She offered to call my aunt prior to making the floral arrangement, to confirm she would be home on the date / time of delivery. This is so important, especially given the hot days we've been experiencing-- flowers don't like to stay too long in the heat. Nancy showed her some designs and tweeked them to my daughter's liking. The results were stunning. The arrangements were spectacular at the Church and all of the floral bouquets were outstanding in design. Nancy used a combination of flowers and gorgeous greenery in the bouquets. With my husband's allergies she was able to provide a variety of options to make him comfortable and still allow me to still have the flowers I wanted for our day. Everything was priced in such a way that was really showcased worth of her work while also being a reasonable. She makes them feel like family. I went to see Laurie to do the flowers for my wedding. She was extremely detailed in taking down notes for what I wanted. I wasn't entirely sure of what I wanted for centerpieces and what she suggested came out better than I could imagine. When I walked into my reception I was blown away by how gorgeous it all was and I was so happy I trusted her. My bouquets came out gorgeous and she even made a princess wand for my niece, who was my flower girl. PG claimed I had only come in after the year's warranty was over although I have pictures sent to them dated long before that. The judge decided the tree died because it was badly planted. That never came .up in court as a concern or as a possible problem . This spring the tree is clearly dead. The second tree is doing fine. PG has beautiful plants. Avoid them at all costs.

I was on the way home and I like to take roads I have not been on…read morebefore. while passing this flower/gift shop on the outskirts of any town I knew of a week before Valentine's Day I saw a number of car which peaked my interest. To impress me, a florist shop needs to exhibit creativity and display unique flowers & plants. All of which, Chatham Flowers going for them. we discussed what I was looking for, the price point, if a vase was to be included or not, and they went to work creating a beautiful bouquet with exactly the flowers I was hoping would be in the arrangement. The final arrangement was stunning, packed for travel and for presentation. I could not be happier with the final product. I did also buy a small bird to be nestled in the arrangement as well as a stunning heart for our fireplace mantle at home. In short, great find, talented people, unique inventory, customer focused, and a pleasure to do business with.
