AVOID THIS FLORIST: My son spent a small fortune on an arrangement for Mother's Day, which was left on my front porch. When I returned home on this cold and dreary day, the flowers were wilted on the petals from the weather. I contacted florist and told them he should get his money back. I was called back and a message was left that a new bouquet could be made. I had to leave ANOTHER message stating that I didn't want another bouquet and that they were just left on the front porch, damaged from weather, and that a refund should be made. No refund was given and florist NEVER called me back. They simply don't seem to care about customers. read more

I Called on a Saturday to order flowers for an Aunt who was just Hospitalized. Even though it was just 2 hours before they were to close they were able to make a flower arrangement and deliver it. Especially during this time of Covid, it made my Aunt happy to know she was being thought of and she felt wasn't alone all weekend in the Hospital. read more

I called a few days ago to order a boutonnière for prom and asked for a medium-purple flower. The woman on the phone said that although they couldn't do Medium-purple, they could do a lavender rose, so we agreed on lavender. Today (the day of the prom) I went to pick up the boutonnière, and the one they handed me was a dark pink. I asked if they had given me the wrong one, to which they replied that the color of the flower was lavender. Any florist should know that lavender and dark pink are NOT the same color. They also charged me more than I had been told it would cost on the phone. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that last year, they made me a very good corsage. I ended up calling another florist and begging them to make me a new, last-minute corsage in the correct color. read more

Avoid this place if you would like customer service of some sort, and to be treated like a normal person. My wife stopped in to get a bouquet of flowers on her way home from work. Being a nurse she was still in her scrubs. The woman, whom I presume was the owner, gave her a look of disdain and asked, "Can I help you?" My wife stated that obvious and with an even haughtier look, the woman asks, "How much are you willing to spend?" She then had the audacity to tell my wife to go pick something out "quickly," because she was in a rush to leave. After my wife selected some flowers, the woman threw them in some paper without even trimming the ends of the stems. So much for service. We will never set foot in this establishment again. read more

I have a family member that lives in Rhinebeck and just had a medical procedure. I wanted to deal with a local florist so I looked online and their website had amazing flower arrangements in beautiful vases for less than $50.00!!!! I live in California so this seemed like a win/win for me. I decided to call instead because I wanted something special created. That wouldn't include the delivery, or a mylar balloon. When my relative sent me several pictures of the arrangement he received I was so disappointed! This wasn't anywhere near the cost of what I had asked for on the phone yesterday. I called this morning and asked for a breakdown of the flower costs. I found out the cost of the arrangment was less than what I was charged....they did agree to refund the difference to my credit card. However, the choice of flowers was terrible, the arrangement looked like something I would put together and no one mentioned any of the "add on" charges when I called. My advice would be that if you are ordering from this florist that you do it online. Go to their website and look at any arrangment and order that because it will be prettier than what they do on their own. And cheaper. read more

I would give no stars at all if possible. Ordered a vase arrangement that cost me over $85.00. I asked for specific flowers and a balloon. When the vase arrived the flowers were not what I asked for, looked old, crushed and wilted. It was also so small I would have been better off going to a supermarket and spending $20 for a bouquet twice the size of this. When I called back to discuss it and ask for a replacement I was told NO, they would not replace it nor give any money back at all. I sent pictures of this arrangement next to something I purchased at another florist and that sill didn't work. I will never, ever shop here again. Very poor customer service, charged for a card that I never got and price quoted for the balloon was $2, yet the bill stated it cost $4.99. Overall a very unprofessional way to do business and very disappointing in design and experience. read more
