She saw the panic we were all experiencing in with figuring out what to do and some guidance and wasn't helpful. 4) Considering we still gave Jay a tip at the end of the night, not a single person at Coral House called us the next day or week after to see how everything went and to tell us if we left anything there (which we know we did, but didn't know what exactly or how much). We know a (hopefully empty) card box and a few mr&mrs signs were left there (which we weren't schlepping back there for), and we were hopeful some cocktail napkins and flowers were left (which we would have came for) Not a single phone call or follow up. Overall the front of the house, guest experience was great and my guests had a fantastic time, but you would have thought it was their first wedding there considering how much lack of guidance we had behind the scenes and disregard of checking in.
